Yeah, but it's not the same. I didn't ever ask if it would be a new main page, I asked if the new Strongbadia would actually happen.

I think it will happen, but not be made a big deal out of it.
I think it will happen in an email, with a shot of Strongbadia in the background with the new features.
Only die hard fans like us will notice it.

It will only be a once off, and will never be seen again.

I doubt that. They get too many daily emails to forget something SB said in an email two years ago.

Yeah, but it would have made more sense to do it on the actual year year aniversary. Besides, all the things Strong Bad said were predictions on what he thought was going to happen in two years, not what will happen in two years.

I know I was hoping there'd be an update, but really I'm not surprised there wasn't.

Although, with all the email TBC have undoubtedly been getting this month, you'd think they'd do SOMETHING to address it.

Though maybe they will. There's still time. We can always hope.

I guess you could be right on that. They haven't shown Strongbadia in a while. I think it might be a little reference, such as Strong Bad passing through Strongbadia and there'd be a bundt cake pan sitting next to the Tire.

Well, if TBC did forget, they'll be reminded by it constantly on the H*R Wiki main page next week as it'll announce the fact that nothing happened.

(FYI, next week's featured article is Strongbadia, and it'll point out the whole 2 years thing)

Yeah, it would have been funny, but I guess not. They might do a passing reference to it though, something small, like you'd see Coach Z in the backround, standing around for a bit, then leave. But who knows. They weren't guaranteed to happen.

Well, the time may have passed, but I still think they might make at least a passing reference an updated Strongbadia, just not in the same style or with the same prediction results as 2 Years. It would just seem recycled and nowhere near as funny if they based an entire toon off the same gimmick again, so they might take it in a different direction the next time Strongbadia is given prominence.

I think those predictions were all SB fantasy anyway, which means they'd never happen. If SB was right about everything, he'd have all the ladies by now, remember. Also, if anything, Strong Sad has gotten much less whiny since 2 Years. ;)
