Also, I played brawl as link against my girlfriend who was metknight.

It was great. 1 player mode was kinda fun, but I had no idea what was going on without english.

Anyone know if 2 vs 2 online is confirmed?

And if so, is it possible for you to team up with a friend and play against strangers?

That would be awesome.

Well I meant that you could team up with someone who's friend code you had and take on two strangers. I didn't know whether you could do that or it had to be you partnering with a stranger against two other strangers, or you and a friend against two friends.

I'm pretty sure either is possible

In case I didn't make this clear enough: You can play on teams online with someone who's in the same room.
