You always resort to this statement, and it's really irritating. Ever consider the fact that you really love everything about the game because it fits your particular tastes? I'm sure if there were less flat stages than gimmicky stages you'd be a little frustrated.

Also, just because people think something could be changed about a game doesn't mean it's just what they think and is not a legitimate concern. Like the renderings of the Pokemon here...that's a legitimate thing to worry about.

I've already established that there are less flat stages than gimmicky stages in both Melee and Brawl. Go back to the last page and look at the lists. I'm not frustrated at all because we're still getting plenty of both.

I've also already established that there are levels that do not suit my particular taste, I don't love everything. I despise Icicle Mountain, Flat Zone, and Brinstar Depths. I dislike Yoshi's Island (SMW and N64) and Mushroom Kingdom. But it doesn't annoy me that they exist, I just avoid playing them. I know someone else likes them (kind of surprised me that there are Icicle Mountain and Flat Zone fans, but I've run into them), so wishing they were gone would just be selfish.

Really, the two points you made in that post are untrue. Might want to rethink them.

Why you like Waluigi? Just think about it for a bit and what I say you can not say is untrue.

Again, you missed the point of what I meant. If the game was not what you liked at all, wouldn't you feel a certain need to voice your displeasure over a certain place?

I'm saying I hate this game. I'm just trying to play Devil's Advocate here. No need to take it so personally.

Well... yeah, I guess I would, because then Sakurai wouldn't be tailoring to the more competitive scene. I'd get over it and probably enjoy the game anyway, but I'd probably be irritated. But fortunately in the actual game there's plenty of both kinds, and I'm pretty sure it's this existant version of Brawl that we were discussing.

I'm not taking it personally. But you probably should have make your point more clear, as it sounded like you thought the reason I didn't complain about the stages is because I liked them all, which isn't the case.

But I was replying to someone who I thought was simply a bit miffed because he thought he wasn't getting good enough stages, and trying to explain that there's enough for everybody. But if you're someone who simply hates Super Smash Bros, I can't really do anything for you. It's obviously more than a stage selection issue.

Nah, that was today, and it turned out to be a total dud. Nothing but info from the website, even the screenshots were old.

Although they are releasing more specific info next month... :bubs:

And yes, that particular comic is the best by far.

But that time is around the Japanese release date, and by then importers, japanese people, and/or pirates will have told us all about the game anyway.

I've seen fake rosters on GameFAQs (well, that's obvious). One had a whole bunch of characters, but I said the same exact thing many other people said:

Half of the topic makers are trolls, and half of them are idiots who don't understand video games. But it's impossible to tell them apart, and people actually take them seriously.
