I'm really very tired of the way my civ arts prof is gushing about allegory. No, people don't speak allegorically in daily verbiage, that's why we have jargon and colloquialisms. :-|

I'm a little bummed.
My wife is getting deployed to Tennessee for a few months.

I knew this was what her job required, so I can deal. Also, knowing that her work is going to help people that need all the help they can get, as they've lost everything to the tornadoes, but it's still hard knowing she's not going to be next to me when I wake up Saturday morning.

Road TRIP!

I'm feeling anxious.
3 hours til I'm legally an adult.
I don't feel any closer to being an adult, but it's cool knowing I can FINALLY order all those things from infomercials.

and I'm goin' to the club with my friend tomorrow night, so i'll get to shake my bum a lot.

Exhausted and my knee and elbow hurts. Played airball for like 2 hours non-stop in a carpeted basketball gym. That's where the hurting knee and elbow come in, carpet burn.

I feel upset. A friend of mine, who I evidently shouldn't have been friends with in the first place, was expelled and he could potentially be doing some jail-time. Also, I feel like everyone is an enormous idiot

You see, today I was sitting in my history class, and this kid I know was kicked out of class for being obnoxious. 5 minutes later, I hear some lady walk by and say, "Give me that water bottle!" Then my history teacher gets a little worried, walks outside and just screams, "What is going on out here!?" and the lady goes, "He's got a water bottle, and I can tell you that that certainly isn't water in it." So the kid fights for about 5 minutes until he finally caves and decides to give them the bottle. I didn't see him for the rest of the day.

Then, I talked to his friends about it, and they tell me he had vodka in said water bottle.

So yeah, I'm kind of down about that. Although I'm not surprised. He really is not smart at all.

My Right Big Toe hurts like heck.

Had a slight infection, they had to cut out part of my ingrown toenail, tried to get through the day with a bloody, mucus filled, and gauzed toe.

You may now all push away your dinner.

A friend of mine used to do that all the time in High School.
She didn't bother to tell me the day I was in dire need of something to drink and chugged about half of the bottle. :-)

It's so stupid that a 13-year-old would do something like that.

And you should thank whoever it was for not letting you drink some of it.

Notice I said she DIDN'T warn me beforehand.

Hooray for high school, lol.

Because most of it was on the way down... It was one of those "GLUGCHUG!" things...
Also, I didn't say it was all bad LOL.

Usually if you can't breathe, that's not a good thing. Might want to do something about that. ;)

Pretty good. If I wake up not sick and my mom isn't too disappointed at my C in maths, I can go to my sister's new apartment. But first, I need to clean my room and go to the orthodontist.

Not fun.

Got the full story on this. It turned out to be Tequila, and when they ran the breathalyser, he came up as .043. So I'm feeling much more annoyed at this point.

I set my next orthodontist appointment for April 1.

Something tells me getting my braces off will be a lot more painful than it should be.

Well, most of it's fine. The worst is if the cement gets stuck stuck on your teeth and they have to jab at it for like 20 minutes.

I'm feeling tired. What a time last night. We has over 20 guys come and apply for illustrious possumhood.

So incredibly confused...
Last night, one of my friends basically said one of my best (girl) friends has a crush on me. That we would make a cute couple, should get together...
This about an hour after getting off the phone with the girl I I have a crush on, who is in Georgia.
I have no idea how to tell the first girl...

Sometimes I get the feelings I'm too dang nice.

EDIT: I'm open to advice. Please.

Immediate advice: at the very least, wait a few days to cool off. And don't worry about being nice, it's definitely a good thing. Odds are (if my life experiences mean anything) you're going to have to take action first, but tread carefully. You say you heard it from a friend? Take a step back from the situation and see if there's anything behind it. It could just be a rumor, at the best. Also, as a word of encouragement: it is possible to still be friends :)

Thanks, yeah, I'm kind of a really sympathetic guy. I'm not seeing her until Tuesday now... Yeah, but evidence does lend aid to the idea that she does like me. (Basically she had her arms around me for like an hour last night at some point). Please tell me I'm right in saying it'd seem rude to say "Get off"...
Yeah, and I don't think she's the type to hold it against me or anything. Things is, though, the girl in Georgia and I aren't "Officially" together.

Also, a note: This week one of the girls in one of my classes I'm pretty sure had a crush on me... Flirty, then asked if I had a girlfriend. So I showed her a picture of the above-mentioned wonderful girl in Georgia, and I'm pretty sure she walked away crying.
