I just removed an ingrown toenail without the aid of anesthesia. It turns out removing one is more painful than waiting for it to grow out.

Also, I'm frustrated. I went to go to the batting cages today, and the location had moved. So I had to look for it for another 20 minutes to find out that it was closed until March. Freaking eh.

I've tried to do that, yet mine have grown in so deep that the only way for it to grow out is if it breaks through the skin, and out the other side.
