Either I'll be a bum for the rest of the school year or I'll be swimming in my hard earned minimum-wage job money. It really shouldn't be that hard getting hire for Micky D's, is it? |

Hopefully not. I've applied to almost every store in the Ottawa suburbs and this is the only interview I've gotten. |

I'm feeling like half the kids in my school are not very smart. Who wants to hear a story? OK, then! You see, today I was sitting in class, and my principal asks my teacher if anyone in my class has made a trip to the restroom. Nobody had. I got a little interested, and decided to check out what got my principal worked up. So I headed to the bathroom, and it just reeks of weed. I looked in the trash can and find a joint. Some dumb kid tried to get high in the bathroom. Also, I'm experiencing some serious pain. Who wants to hear another story? OK, then! You see, some kid was running for some reason, and he jumped on my toe. I was seriously hurting, so after a while I decided to take my shoe off, and there's blood on my sock. So I took my sock off to see where the blood was coming from, and as it would turn out, one of my toenails had broken in half and I wasn't aware of it. Wow what a day. |

Frick dag frick. I could've had the job if I was willing to cut my hair, which I am not. He gave me some really useful advice on conducting myself in an interview though, which was nice. |

Sorry about that, Mike. Hmm...I feel like the high tide for my school work is receding again (it felt like this a couple months ago, as well). At one point, I feel like I'm getting good grades, and the next, some of my grades are lower than I expected (C+ in several of the classes I could potentially have B+'s and A's in). Plus, I got a 79 on my History midterm, which is pretty low considering the fact that I have improved so much in that class in the last quarter or so. Then again, the class average was only 81... |

At mike: Tie your hair back. At me: My arms hurt. I've been recording all day and I'm tired. |

Right now I'm tired of writing biographies. I'm writing yet another one, and this one is on Tom Clancy. Not to uncool of a guy, but I really don't enjoy biographies, so it still isn't cool. |

Eh, I'm feeling just a bit useless at the moment. It snowed here today, and instead of taking the time to savor it with friends before it all melts tomorrow (it's already melting...), I just walked home, went to my old elementary school to visit, came back, and slept. Then I look at my friends and see all of their photos from today; feels like I just wasted part of something that is rare this year. |

You should've definitely gone out and made some snow people. Maybe it'll snow overnight. =P I ran a whole 2.5 kilometers (1.5ish heathen miles) today! I don't feel dead, but I'm hella out of shape. I'm like a squircle instead of a circle. |

I shouldn't have played any freaking basketball today. The foot with the crushed toe got jumped on again, and now I'm in some serious pain. |

I also have more downer news. My grades are absolutely shoddy for second quarter in school when compared to the first. I am especially troubled by my art grade, which is apparently "on thin ice" because I didn't do two of the projects this quarter which involved clay. What's weird is that I did the painting projects and got perfect scores, and I got mostly perfect grades on my sketchbook, but I had a C+ before the clay projects were counted. Meh... |

I went and saw a movie with a person today. Just two friends seeing a movie. I've never really... done stuff like that before. Yeah, I know I'm pathetic. But it's good. I left the house and I walked around outside. I fixed our internet too. I'm proud of that. The rest of my family doesn't try, so I'm the only one who can fix stuff. And I barely know anything. It's infuriating when I have to go over to other peoples' houses and fix their stuff. |

Because I never actually do stuff. That's why I'm pathetic. I'm still too scared to apply for a job at a video store. A tiny little unpopular video store. |

I finished me up a game of football: sandlot style. Threw me 3 TD's and ran for a 60-yard TD on a hurt toe. So, yeah, I'm feeling good. |

I woke up really early today. And I'm already regretting it. My mum's really, really angry because my brother said he'd mow the lawn but then he didn't and now he's calling her a cow and telling her to shut up and being angry at her for everything. She can't mow the lawn herself, she's got a bad shoulder at the moment. So now she's angry with me too... |

Well, sirs, I received a call from my basketball coach. Gonna have a very talented team this season. One of my teammates will help me get assist after assist because he's 6'4. Feeling good about that. |

Hmmm...Maalox or Alka-Seltzer. I just learned that I have tons of investments in NASDAQ. I got a good amount of money in 2007 because of said investments. Oh, that's great. |

You're 13 and have investments in the stock market? I didn't understand how stocks worked until last year... However, I wish that I invested in Nintendo back in 2005 or so; I'd be rolling in cash right now (well, not really, but I'd still have a good amount of money). |

I'm 14 and I see patterns in the stock market. It all started a while back when I looked at the sun for too long. |

DS_Kid wrote: You're 13 and have investments in the stock market? I didn't understand how stocks worked until last year... Yeah. I found it out when my mom brought me this letter from Franklin Templeton Investments and said "It's for you," so I opened it, and it showed my whole NASDAQ investment report. Also, I'm feeling excellente. My basketball team won us a game. I only scored three points (wah, wah, waaaaaaah!), but had myself 9 REB's 6 assists, and a block. |

I'm riding a HUGE nostalgia trip. Just got back from seeing National Treasure the Second, and before the start of it, there was a short *traditionally animated* clip with a flipping sweet opening announcing it's a disney traditional. It was a Goofy 'How to" short, and it was done all in the old styles and without the new crud and oh I loved I loved it. AND they snuck in a picture of John Lasseter on Goofy's dresser, who was one of the producers, so that all made my night, and I'm tempted to email/write a letter to the man and tell him about it. |
