I can't wait for school, I'll get to see some of my friends again. I'll be happy to get out of the monotony of the break, and into the monotony of school.

School is way too monotonous for me. I mean, if I were to have something totally different and exciting every week, then maybe things wouldn't be boring.

What I'm totally bummed about is that I have to take Micro Apps next year. It's Microsoft Applications, like Powerpoint, Word, and Excel. The problem is that I know enough of this stuff, and the things I learn on my own with those programs make me feel accomplished and excited that I gained +1 skill in it.

Blame the IMing yarrtards who never used a real computer program in their life. I mean COME ON. Maybe if I can prove that I know everything, then maybe, JUST maybe, I can not take the class and maybe take something that MATTERS to me. It'll be one heck of a thing to do, though. Required class mumble grumble...

I wouldn't complain. Have a class on something you already know everything about isn't horrible. I can see why you don't like that too much, though.

Personally, I think it would go something along the lines of not goofing around on the computer no matter if you're programming the next great program, making wonderful MSPaint art, learning about the secrets of the universe, or doing something that matters to me (like drawing comics). Just sit there, eyes blank, and do the work you know over and over and over again.

Then, there are the yarrtards who don't listen and when it's time to do a major project, I'm going to be the one they're going to turn to because they were lazy and didn't listen. Honestly, I can understand why they don't listen, but why not just learn what you don't know yourself and maybe reading the handouts the teachers give?

Seriously, if they didn't give us an extra English class we had to take, then I probably wouldn't be complaining as hard. They simply stole an elective from me, giving me only two free electives next year. Seriously? Five electives I have next year, and three of them are confined to math, science, and history?

Sometimes I wish I wasn't in a crazy school.

I'm jealous. English classes are laid out as such:

1) Refresher on grammar
3) Read short stories, talk about said short stories, analyze said short stories
2) Read a play (never Merchant of Venice because it would offended the jewish kids >:|), talk about said play, and analyze said play
3) More shorts.
4) Read a book
5) Report on that book

In my last English class ever, we read the Communist Manifesto, then talked about class discrimination, then sexism, racism, etc.

Sexism bit was interesting, I was one of like five guys in a class of 23...

I'll never have to take another math class after this year. Actually, I didn't have to this year either. But that's not to say I won't. Math is the only academic-type class I actually enjoy.

My grandpa died this afternoon.
So I just spent the afternoon and night at my nana's place, with family. Like, ten people. All very sad. They were calling people to tell them he had died.
My mum is very sad. Also, this is the first time someone I love has died.

I'm feeling kind of down. I'm in a basketball tournament this weekend, and the first day we won both our games (the second one was quite surprising since the team we played were all 11th graders and we are 9th grade and we won by 20 :D); but, yesterday we played the only team that has beat us this season including tournaments and we lost. So, now we play again today, probably against that 11th grade team again, and if we win, we play the team we lost to for the championship. -_- I really don't like playing that team, since they're not very nice. Oh well, at least we're guaranteed 3rd :)

Sick. Lack of sleep. Two days, and I think I'll eat maybe one full-sized meal in that time.

I've been sick all week, and for some reason, my voice has been coming and going all week. Right now, I have about half a voice.

Awwww. *Hugs*

I remember when my Grandmother died. It was devastating to me. I'm sorry and I'll be praying for you and your family.

My belly is aching right now, I think it has something to do with either the chicken, potato salad, ginger ale, mac & cheese, or cole slaw I had for supper. So good though. I'm lovin' the new look as well.

Ouch, that royally sucks. If you feel any "just-want-to-cry" moments, then let them out of your system as soon as possible. When my grandmother died back in the summer of 2005, I decided to hold in all of my emotions until right before I went to sleep that night, then I just flipped out in depression.

Once again, so sorry to hear about your loss.

I am terribly sorry to hear that, Helen. Losing someone you care about is never easy.

Was it on the left or right side?

Also, I just stopped the third nosebleed I've had over the last two days. Each one keeps getting progressively worse as well, resulting in me dashing for tissues/toilet paper/sandpaper. What's weird is that I haven't had a nosebleed since last April...

I just got rid of a cold sore, and I haven't had one of those in ages! It's gone before school starts though, that's a good thing.

Silly PieMax, you're not supposed to physically spin around with Mario...

-now I'm feeling tired; I think I'll go to sleep in a few minutes. After all, it was quite a productive day in Forumopolis.

What happens on the fire levels when you walk into the lava? Or how about when you get sucked into a black hole? :P

I always get nosebleeds as the winter progresses. Reason: the lack of humidity in the air causes the inside of the nose to dry out and crack when it's used to the humid VA summers. It was especially bad when I had some caffeine, causing higher blood pressure. This time, I have a humidifier and I haven't had a nosebleed yet. Try it! (make sure to get a humidity meter tho so you don't over humidify [60%+] and get your room all moldy)

---

As for me, I was feeling like total crap yesterday. I was real down because my Canada trip didn't work out. Sleep helped me get over it a lot. Right now I'm looking forward to getting on with my life after all these trips and threats of trips.

Hey, guys, thanks for being all nice to me about my grandpa. I'm okay, I'm really only unhappy about everyone else being sad - especially my mum - because generally stuff doesn't affect me as badly as it does other people.

I will miss him though. He was a cool old guy.

Anyway, I found a website that has every single episode of Dragonball... Which is probably illegal, but I'm plowing through all of them. I never had a chance to watch the series because it was NEVER on tv.
