Dude, my freaking step-dad just yelled at me because I removed Microsoft Internet Explorer and replaced it with Mozilla Firefox. Such an idiot... |

Removed it? From your computer? I've heard completely getting rid of IE can cause problems, so he may have a reason to be yelling at you. |

I just removed the shortcut. He has no reason to yell at me. |

Did you ask him before you did that? If I were you, I'd have just left the shortcut there for the nonbelievers and set firefox as the default. It's a lot less griping that way. |

Correction: dads and different technology they're not used to don't mix. This is key. You must get them used to things before outright changing them, or at least give them a walkthrough as you do. |

My dad got rid of Internet Explorer and downloaded Firefox before I even knew what it was. Just puttin' it out there. |

Well then your dad is a freaking genius for doing that. |

My dad deleted flash player. Because he thought it was screwing up our computer. My grandpa's probably going to die in the next couple of days. And that sucks. |

ugh...shopping. it's a nightmare when you don't bring sufficient funds. i've got a fifty-dollar gift card, figured I'd go buy a mouse for my laptop. I also brought twenty dollars cash. the shop didn't sell any laptop mice. I was in the city, wasn't going back any time soon, had a card I could only use there. looking for a game or a movie or something in the shop, couldn't find anything good. I felt I was about to crack and buy Tomb Raider or something...if I could afford it. so i'm back with twenty dollars that can't get me anything and fifty dollars i can't spend. wheee... |

I mean, somehow, we couldn't watch any flash cartoons on the internet. And I was unable to download it again. It was a long time ago, I can't really remember what he actually did. BUT IT WAS SO BAD!! |

And I was unable to download it again. It was a long time ago, I can't really remember what he actually did. BUT IT WAS SO BAD!! That happened to my friends computer. His dad did the same thing. Luckily, the whole computer crashed like 2 weeks later. They restored everything and now flash works fine. I think thats lucky. They had just got the computer so it didn't really hurt them. The crash. |

That happened to us once, our computer crashing. We lost five years of family photos. Well, lesson learned! It's three oclock in the morning and my brother is playing a CD and singing along. OUR WALLS ARE PAPER THIN! |

I guess I am kinda excited,I'm hoping to get a job at the Baskin Robins that my brother's girlfriend manages... I just need to bring up casually around her that I don't have job. Also: I am freaking out, I just threw up, and everything this morning tastes vile, even water. |

Agh. Pained. I kicked two of my so-called "friends" in the shins, and now my toe hurts like crazy. I know it sounds shallow, but seriously, I can't even move it. I don't know if it's a bone bruise or a sprain but it hurts like *explicit removed*. But anyway, full story of the kicking later. |
