A Homestar fighting game?

Post subject:  A Homestar fighting game?
Seriously, it just hit me. Wouldnt it be awesome for a Tekken Like homestar? I think it would be kind of easy to make, including all homestar characters and secret characters (rather dashing, stinkoman, homsar...) but the final boss would be trogdor!!!!!!!! And if u beat it with no heealth loss, troganor!!!!!! wat do u think?

Well I seriously doubt a Tekken type Homestar fighting game can be made(Tekken being 3D), though something 2D(kinda like Street Fighter, or Fatal Fury)Maybe possible.

You don't know what's easy to make until you've actually made or tried to make something. Even with the awesome help of gamemaker, things are tough to make. Nothing 3D can be made easily.

It'd be cool, I agree with you there, but I don't think it will ever happen.

I still need to get the hang of Gimp and Game maker. If only they had some kind of walkthrough, that was remotley exciting.

Gimp makes no sense. I haven't even figured out how and where to draw yet.

GameMaker's help files and tutorials are very helpful, though. Check the gamemaker site and download some of the tutorials, they'll really help you.

A Homestar fighting game would be fun. Homestar would have the best kick powers (of course, since that'd be his only good power except maybe headbutting), and Marzipan could whip you with her huge pony tail. Of course, Strong Mad would be a shoo-in and Strong Sad could maybe pounce you since he's so fat (am I the only one who ever noticed that Strong Sad should just jump on Strong Bad whenever he's ticking him off?). :p

And The Cheat has all sorts of things he could do. The King of Town could maybe...eat...his...opponents? Like Kirby? I don't know, but Strong Bad would have uber-boxing-action. And Homsar could do what he did to Strong Bad in that Imitation Strong Bad Email... ;)

Seems interesting...
What about features? Like in some Fighting Games there can be hidden characters, and by playing and earning (Point name, like Coins for an example) to unlock new features, like let's think of something simple. Like locked characters! :mrgreen:

yeah that would be cool, only instead of troganor, it should be... (drumroll) GIGA TROGDOR!!! (dun, dun, DUUUUUUUN!!!!!!!!!!!!)

X| It would be easy to make, using MMF, which I have, except H*R sprites are scarce... There are a few but not really enough to make a whole game. I'll try.

it actually sounded more awesome to me... like a M.U.G.E.N. game, BTW, stinkoman is playable in that game.
