Wait a minute. . . the card couldn't possibly say that! Stagehand, bring me the card! *stagehand does so* HAHA! See, the card says you can only pick CONSONANTS! And A is not a consonant; it is a vowel. So you must guess a third CONSONANT now. Also, the card says you must make up a lame joke of the form "181 _'s, _'s, and _'s walk into a bar. The bartender says, 'We don't serve your kind here!' The _'s, _'s, and _'s say, '________________!'", but replace the blanks with your consonants and a lame punchline. Heck, you don't even need to have a joke; just use anything random for a punchline. You could say "181 B's, C's, and D's walk into a bar. The bartender says, 'We don't serve your kind here!' The B's, C's, and D's say, 'I'm serious this time, mom, there's not a toaster in the closet!'" If you fail to create such a joke, then *insert threat involving Clan rHrN here*. So, name your three consonants (including G and M) and make up one heckuva lame joke! *a stagehand gives mathgrant $500* . . . I don't know what that was for. |

I choose L for my other consonant. And now for the 181 joke: 181moderators walk into a bar. The bartender says, "I'm sorry; we dont serve your kind here." The moderators say, "We must be LOCKED out!" Get it? LOCKED! |

WHOA! I didn't know you won the entire National Afterdinner Desserts Association! That's awesome! *spin sounds* You landed on. . . Move One Space to Year's Supply of Guitars or Community Chest. You may choose Year's Supply of Guitars and guess a consonant, or draw the top card in the Community Chest pile and follow its instructions. (Yes, this is original. No, this isn't a rip-off of that one show Michael Larson was on.) SIDE EFFECTS MAY INCLUDE. . . || E*R***E-RE**TE* E*****I*N* || Used: EINRT Badri3211: 507.769 dollars buhubs: 0 dollars + National Afterdinner Desserts Association ($A LOT dollars) ianthegecko: 175.75 dollars + Ju Ju Master's Latte (1,000 dollars) |

Sheesh, you took way too long to make that decision. I was hoping for something more dramatic after all that time, like "Q!" or "X!" or "J!" or "Z!" But L, is it? It is. It is in the puzzle. Yay!
SIDE EFFECTS MAY INCLUDE. . . || E*RL**E-REL*TE* E**L**I*N* || Used: EILNRT Badri3211: 507.769 dollars buhubs: 0 dollars + National Afterdinner Desserts Association ($A LOT dollars) + Year's Supply of Guitars (I don't know the value of that!) ianthegecko: 175.75 dollars + Ju Ju Master's Latte (1,000 dollars) Ooh! That L is red! That means every post from now on must contain the word "gladiators". Fail to use the word in your post, and you'll lose your turn and go bankrupt. Don't ask why, I don't write the rules of this show. Remember: the word you need to use in every post is "gladiators". |

You can't buy a vowel. No spendable cash. *RAT-A-TAT-A-TAT-A-TAT-A. . .* You landed on every album ever made by the Jamaican reggae band The Gladiators! It's worth a lot, and it comes with a free vowel, even! Better than a free bowel, right?

You don't have any money, but the gladiators & I do, so you can't buy a vowel. |

Sure, A is your free vowel. But have have to win it first by guessing a correct consonant. It's attached to the reggae prize, you see. No other player on this show has ever gotten a free vowel before. If you can accomplish this, you'll get a chance to perform the Chapman-Groening gambit! More info on that later. |

Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. . . *poke* Oh! Um, sorry. My body is here, but my brain was in Arlington. Anyhow, no, you cannot guess part of the puzzle. *stagehand prods* Huh? Oh, right. Um, I forgot to say gladiators. So, um, gladiators. Sheesh, my brain just woke up! |

I Guess: O! Or do I need my gladiators to help you? |
|

Sorry, but O is a vowel. You need to guess a CONSONANT to win the Gladiators discography and the A. Surely you know what a CONSONANT is, right? Tell you what: if any contestant can prove they know what a CONSONANT is by GUESSING ONE, then they'll win the CD's, the free A, a MONTH'S supply of guitars, and 74 cents! Plus, they'll get the current turn. If a smart-alec AUDIENCE MEMBER can prove they know what a CONSONANT is by GUESSING ONE, then they'll be mercilessly FLAMETHROWER'D by my STAGEHANDS, and said audience member's BURNT CORPSE will become a PRIZE on the wheel for everyone to win. |

There is indeed a B in the puzzle, but you forgot to say "gladiators", so I cannot tell you that there is a B in the puzzle, and I must bankrupt you and end your turn. It is the next contestant's turn. . . whoever it is. I don't know WHAT'S going on here anymore. There is no M in the puzzle, but since you didn't spin the wheel, I'm not at liberty to reveal that information, either. |
