Besides, you haven't presented any evidence for yourself. You're just as likely to be the Mafia as anybody.

I have none, and neither do you. That's my point: it's the beginning of the game, everyone is equally suspect. Honestly, the story could mean anything. It could be a non-sequiter to throw us off.

Another thing I'd like to point out is that, if topofsm was in the maffia, that post probably wouldn't have fooled him, as the maffia don't usually kill each other, as far as I know, and a detective investigation wouldn't have put him in the hospital. Score a point toward topofsm not being maffia.

Which is why I haven't said much defensively. I'm trying to keep a neutral perspective, as I'm not sure about anyone. I'm only pointing out possibilities. I voted for Homerun because I have to vote for someone, and it seems a bad idea to vote for someone with absolutely no reasoning. (And Homerun, who has had quite a bit of experience with Mafia from what I understand, would understand those psychological points.)

It seems to me that I'm doing the most saving of people of anyone - just think, if not for me, topofsm would have been accused, and Jones' Girl as well. Would a mafia member try to prove people not to be mafia, unless they were protecting other mafia members? I think we can all agree that topofsm, at least, is probably not mafia.

Also, it would not be a smart idea for a mafia to post as much as I have, since, as we can already see, I've been placed on the chopping block twice already for being voted off, while many people have avoided accusation by simply not posting. This would be a stupid position for a mafia member to put himself in.

There's my evidence. It's not much, but there's really not much evidence anyone can give right now. What about you, Homerun? Where's your evidence, since you brought it up?

PurpleKoopa was walking around with his good friend Susan, when they saw Jones' Girl walk into a bar. They sat down with her, and began to discuss current events and the like. Time passed, people came and left, and it got pretty boring. They must've drank a collective 242 root beers before the author felt like continuing the plot of this little story. Jones' girl looked up and thought, Man, things are pretty boring around here. I wish something would happen. Almost like magic, the barkeeper, topofsm, slumped over from a...weasel bite. He was rushed to the hospital, where, unfortunatly, they couldn't save Capt. Ido Nos in the next bed over.


HAH! Bet I fooled you toppy! Anyway, the point is, the Capt. is dead, slipping me fives doesn't work very well, and you guys need to form an angry mob and kill someone. I'll provide the torches and pitchforks.

Well, first of all, we need to pick out the small parts. Look at this:



Did you ever think of the possibility that one of those few that came and left was the perp? And none of the main plot in there was the criminal? But then we would have to do what Ju Ju suggested, pick at random.

Good point. It might be a hint from Chichindrich. After all, in my last game I incorporated mafia in each story.
