Yeah, sure! It's easy. First you go by the leasing office, fill out an application. They'll probably want a security deposit, which will be extra-high if you have pets. Then, once they complete the paperwork, they'll ask you for your first month's rent, and you can move in.

No, It's kind of a pale copper color actualy.
