Not my new ones. My old neighbors were CHIMNEYS. To say they were smokers would be like saying That One Really Mean German Guy had a few issues; and somehow, all their smoke ended up in my apartment. And they liked playing Both Kinds Of Music (country AND western) at 0'Dark Thirty every night.

The next person owns their own vehicle, and severely laments the gas price problem.
