I'll take a wild stab at it and say it's some sort of mixed drink.

In case you were wondering, Holupschie is an english transliteration of the Ukrainian word for Cabbage Roll. It's pronounced Hole-lop-chi.

Wanaskewin is a park outside the city of Saskatoon that is situated on a ancient Cree meeting ground. It may have been a summer camp site, a buffalo hunting ground (very liklely as there is ample bone evidence to support this conclusion) and perhaps as an inter-tribal battering place. More recent activities at the site have turned it into a sort of Native Spirituality sacred site, with a sweet lodge and other ritual sites. Since the Cree didn't have a written lanuguage, all we really have to go by is the fragmented oral tradition and some cryptic drawing on rocks. There are enough archiological artifacts present on the site to show that the site was signifigant to the Cree, but what exactly it was used for is a matter of some debate. About the only thing everyone agrees on is that the name goes back to before the white man settles reached the area.
