^ Exactly. It's possible that the SK didn't want to kill the person he voted in a day round because then the townies might use that as a means to find him out.

There's been a possibility he could use that to his advantage, but he doesn't seem to be taking it.

I think we're going about this wrong.
We're killing all the people who are being moderately vocal and asserting their positions.
That hasn't worked.
I think it's quite likely that the wolves have taken a strategy of just being quiet and only posting when they have to (floating). It makes sense--without story clues, this means there's practically no evidence against them.
It's worked for them so far.
So, let's think here. Who's just been floating? I can think of a few.
Mike, for one.
Einoo.
Dacheet.
Shadowfox.
Sbemail-22.
BTG.
Abu.
Wu.
Lahi.
et cetera.
But that doesn't necessarily mean that all the floaters are villains.
The villains are a bit more than 1/4 of the population.
We should look through who the floaters are all targeting and see if that matches up with a bit more than 1/4 of the population. We have to figure out who's a villain and who's just shy.

EDIT: I'm also awfully suspicious of SEAN'D. He's mostly just been flinging suspicion around without any real logic--and people are following him. I'm probably wrong, though.

Potates, I like your thinking, but there's a major flaw:
Since the townspeople are just guessing who's a villain, it wouldn't make sense to watch who everyone's targeting. If a town person votes for a town person because they think they're voting for a villain, and you kill them for that... that just doesn't make any sense.

Potates is onto something, I think. But I disagree with this:

If SEAN'D! was a wolf I doubt he would have trusted me.

^True. He could also be the Seer and can't tell us why he's suspicious.

Well, we can look at past rounds.
Voting in this game is basically bipartisan. About half vote for one person, about half vote for the other, and the rest go their own way. It makes sense to see how the floaters voted. If the number of floaters that voted for the townsperson that got killed corresponds to about 1/4 of the whole game each time...
...well, then, we're on the right track.

I suspect that the floaters will be somewhat more vocal after this to throw suspicion.

But since you said that, the floaters won't be vocal.
But if they are vocal about not being vocal, then they still look like floaters.
Clever strategy, Tater.

That could be true. And I'm giving Sean the benefit of the doubt because I'm convinced he's not a wolf (despite everything I thought I knew was wrong, I'm sure about this)

You also forget that the angel could be floating as to protect his/her identity. As well as any other secret special roles would want to stay alive to use there powers so they may also be floating. Its a risky chance going for floaters when our the helpful mutants will be hiding from the evil mutants.

I think an angel is more of the type to not float and pay more attention to the game, being careful and stuff. The angel is one of the most valued roles, and the angel needs to have some responsibility. So I don't think the angel is floating.

But if the angel is too active they could easily be found out. Yes your right that they need to be paying attention to the game but if I was the angel Id stay in the shadows and help from there to keep myself alive.

Help?
Yeah right.
If I were the angel, I'd just protect myself every night.

Thats a terrible strategy for a few reasons. Number one is that if the game gets far enough they will just get lynched and they will have succeeded at nothing. Second, by protecting others there is a higher chance of the townies winning due to the fact that the angel could stop the villains for one turn which can and sometimes does change the entire course of the game.

It's like you're trying to cover something up and trying to shift roles.
I'm not going to vote you off because it's doubtful you are a villain, but some people may find your behavior suspicious.

Elaborate
Edit: Never mind, I get what you're saying. You think that people might be suspicious that I want to target floaters because I'm not a floater, and I was less vocal before now.
That's not true, though.

I doubt that we have to worry about the angel being a floater. It just doesn't seem like the thing an angel would do.

when does this round end

Woah.
Accusations in the night.
Um... to the above suspicions of me, I can't really say much. Saying that I'm not a wolf won't make any difference whatsoever, but I'm glad The Noid stood up for me.
I also am not really suspicious of Potates, either. He seems just like another townie who is trying to make sense of everything. So I understand your accusing me.
That said, we really need to get a wolf this time around, so I hope whoever the seer is is doing their job persuading people.
I also hope, like the others, that the angel does their job as well. A floating angel (haha) wouldn't help us too much, because they wouldn't be able to get an idea of who is who.

I'd like everyone to note my general lack of activity in the board itself. I've only really been active in the forum itself. I'd make one or two posts a day and typically keep myself to the Getting To Know You forum. I've been honestly forgetting to check the game. =P I'm not going to lie, the evidence is pretty good that I'm the serial killer, but that's just not the case. It's purely coincidence that the SK killed the night after I voted (or the night before?) and nothing more than that. So, uh, either abstain or vote for someone else. Y'all biscuitheads if you kill me.

By the way, I'm still voting for Biscuithead. I got a hunch that he's a villain.

^But you could send in your vote at any time during the night round.
So it doesn't matter really what day you're on, it's what round you post in.

I don't know who these villains are. Biscuit seems to be another STu case, and you put up good points, Mike, but I just don't know.

That doesnt disprove anything or prove anything. You are agreeing that the evidence is strong against you and that I was right in you being inactive. How does that help you when you ask us to abstain or vote someone else off?

If you have some other evidence that shows you are not the SK Id gladly consider it as in no way has my vote been set in stone.

If my theory about the floaters is right, we can also assume that the floaters have a leader they can follow without people getting suspicious of them. I have a hunch (this is NOT an accusation, just an edjamacated guess) that it's Cap. Lots of the floaters who also wanted to lynch the players who turned out to be townspeople also voted for him in the Mayor round.

However, right now, I want to make sure that Bisk isn't lynched. Like Noid said, he's just another STu case: the wolves are flocking to him because he's vocal, but not as strong of a player, which they can claim as "suspicious."

Thus, I'm voting for Mike.

It's possible, but anyone could or could not be a villian. Biscuit has the most evidence currently, so it makes the most sense to lynch him, hence my vote.

There's little evidence for Biscuit. Remember in the last game, when we all thought STu was a villain because he told us in his PM he was a human? I'm convinced that this is the same deal with Biscuit.
