I really don't know. Rogue leader seems a wee bit suspicious, but BTG seems even more suspicious. Ima have to go with BTG here

Wow, I spend all my time waiting for something to happen and then The Noid gets killed. Judging from the evidence, I'm going with BTG.

Twas melee. She did alright for her skill level. Won some, lost some others. She was more there for fun while I was there for challenge and fighting.

My vote goes to BTG. Werewolves are always lopped into a group with undead type things. So, if you think about it, Beyond The Grave = Undead = Zombies, Vampires and Werewolves.

Yeah, clues aren't going to be that obscure. Just stuff everyone on this forum should know from looking at profiles etc. and maybe some really common pop culture stuff.

Darn straight I am.

I made some guy go crazy and hold a Domino's hostage. That's how much time has passed since they pulled me off the air.

That makes it:

BTG: 10 (Me, rouge, Al Capone II, Dacheet15, MikeMcG, STupendous7, Ace, The Captain, Beardo, and Susan)

Inverse: 2 (IanTheGecko and Homeschool Winner)

Rogue Leader: 1 (Inverse)

BTG: 11 (Me, rouge, Al Capone II, Dacheet15, MikeMcG, STupendous7, Ace, The Captain, Beardo, Susan, and Exhibit A)

Inverse: 2 (IanTheGecko and Homeschool Winner)

Rogue Leader: 1 (Inverse)

If one more person votes for BTG, then there's no way Inverse, Rogue or anyone else could pass him in votes.

I know my vote won't change anything, but I think Rogue Leader not being there when he should've been was a lot more obvious, so I'mma vote Rogue Leader anyway.

Eh, it's dangerous, but might as well crosspost this:

I have proof that BTG is human.

Here it is:

Quote:
BTG: 12 (Me, rouge, Al Capone II, Dacheet15, MikeMcG, STupendous7, Ace, The Captain, Beardo, Susan, and Exhibit A)

Uh, hey, right amount of votes, wrong amount of names. Ya'll forgot about me.

EDIT: Oh, and how is Inverse's post proof?

Maybe it's because Inverse thinks Rogue is a werewolf, and since Rogue voted for BTG, he's a human.

I dunno.

Triple screw up! Here's the right numbers and names:

BTG: 14 (sci-fi greg, Einoo T. Spork (deux), rouge, Al Capone II, Dacheet15, MikeMcG, STupendous7, Ace, The Captain, Beardo, Susan, and Exhibit A)
Inverse: 2 (IanTheGecko and Homeschool Winner)
Rogue Leader: 2 (Inverse, Jello B.)

So is it over, or can people change votes, so we just have to wait until everybody votes.

Yeah, it looks like it's BTG by a freaking mile, so I think it's appropriate to end the round. Bonus cool points if you know the song in this chapter.

Day 2: Contact

The rain began to pelt down over the town square almost as soon as Einoo had called the meeting. Noid's remains still lay where he had fallen in front of Rogue's cottage. As the crowd gathered round, they wondered how they could have let this happen right in the open. "I did wake up briefly last night, after hearing what I thought was a scream", said Ian, "but of course I wouldn't dare go outside that late." "I heard it too," agreed Ido Nos, and soon many others nodded or voiced their assent. Ian turned to Rogue. "What about you? You must have heard it."
"What, no-" began Rogue Leader, then he quickly added, "...I'm such a heavy sleeper, you know? Uh, I could sleep through an earthquake," he smiled weakly.
Einoo took his place on the podium in the sentre and began to collect the votes. As the first ballots came in, Ace whispered to Inverse, "Look at BTG. He's so lethargic this morning... I wonder if that means he was out late last night?"
Inverse shook his head. "Nah, he couldn't be. It's just because he gets up early to fertilize his garden before the rain."
"I'm just saying," shrugged Ace, and he moved away to share his theory with others.
When all the votes were collected, Einoo counted quickly, and announced, "The winner is Beyond the Grave in a landslide. Please step forward."
BTG was incensed. "What? How could you people vote for me? What did I ever do? You're all just guessing wildly!" He tried to make a break for it, but he was soon pushed to the centre by the paranoid crowd. Einoo did it quickly, barely glancing at BTG as he fell. Silence fell over the crowd for a minute, as they waited for some sign of wolfish struggle. None came. Einoo said, "Someone start preparing a grave. And one for Noid, too."
Chekt pushed through the rapidly dispersing crowd and piped up. "Einoo sir, I don't think we should bury The Noid just yet. We could gain some clues."
"Oh? What makes you so sure?"
"Look at the crime scene. I'm no forensics expert, but I can see a trail of pawprints that change into footprints. And the way that garland of lily was ripped off... This wolf attacked in human form. That means there could be prints or DNA evidence on the body."
After giving a quick glance to the crime scene, Einoo had to agree with Chekt's assesment. he called over MikeMcG, the head of forensic studies. "Mike, can you take this body to the lab and analyze for prints?"
"Aye, but with this rain I don't know how much I can glean off 'im. I'll do the best I can. Chekt, can you help me carry 'im?"
Chekt nodded and the two hoisted the body onto their shoulders, Mike wincing under the weight.

That afternoon, Beardo sat in the communications booth, bored to tears except for the music pumping through his headphones. Each researcher had to take it in turn to man this booth, which for over six months had been broadcasting a generic location signal and sweeping the sky for incoming signals, to no avail. The only useful part of the booth was the weather monitoring system, which measured stormfront activity around the island in this rainy season. Beardo began to lose himself in the music and sang along. "Well, you know that the girls are just making it up, and you know that the boys are just pushing their luck, and you know-" Suddenly the music became garbled and he had difficulty discerning the lyrics. He removed his headphones to adjust them, only to hear:
"Ladies and *static*-men, the director *static*-"
His jaw dropped and he fumbled with the volume and contrast knobs on the reciever, trying to get a better signal. After a few seconds it came in loud and clear. "We know now that in the early years of the twentieth century this world was being watched..." Beardo leapt out of his seat, yanked open the door, and bounded down the hallway.

SUMMARY
- Story stuff: Ace spread a theory that led the peoples to vote for BTG. Chekt noticed some evidence at the crime scene, so MikeMcG toook Noid's body in for analysis. Beardo heard the first signal from outside that the crew has recieved since landing.
- Beyond the Grave has been killed. He was a human.
- It is now night. Wolves and angel PM me.
- 12 humans and 8 wolves remain.
