"Yes, Marcus, well fought. I think I'm going to get their brains." said Tem. He came back a moment later with a bag of unknown contents. "Hey Horin, can you put this in the cooler? Just a little snack for the road. Oh, and whatever you do, DO NOT open it." he yelled to Horin.

<Just to clarify: Horin's camp is actually within the town walls. This town has many large open areas where nothing has been built yet, and Horin's camp is pitched on just such a spot.>

The party proceeded up the road from the livery stable to the camp of Horin The Healer.

"Hello, how did it go?" Horin said cheerfully after seeing the entire company.

The party had decided to move on to Horin's camp before Acedia had gotten an opportunity to at least rinse some of the drying blood off of her hands. It was sticky, smelled bad and was starting to attract flies. Taryn faced the same sort of problem, and quietly entertained herself by burning said little winged beasties, which really only served to add fly ash to the mess.

"Would you happen to have some water to spare, Horin?" asked Acedia, who wanted to get her hands and dress clean, like, before sunset, ideally.

Prosper wanted to know what had happened, so he sat up in the wagon and asked; "Marcus, what happened? How many were there? How many did you get? Is Maxwell ok?" Prosper was exited at the thought of a battle, the fact that he hadn't gotten to go made him all the more curious.

Marcus's eyes bulged as big as his biceps. "Oh, it was AMAZING! I bashed up the wall and went in there and slashed 'em all up good!"

He smiled. "Mister Maxwell's fine."

"Aye, there should be a large barrel in the middle of the camp." And then he whispered to Prosper. "Lizzardman had fun."

Farnham intejected: "No, Mister Maxwell's not fine. Mister Maxwell is unconcious and needs Horin's attentions. Otherwise, what Marcus said was true: He did kick many butts in good measure."

Franham replied: "It seems he was beaten about the face and head. Sealem bandaged Maxwell's head as best he could but he's a Solider, not a Healer. Could you have a look?"

"Aye." Horin walked over, and eyed the wounds. "Nothing too bad, looks as though they hit him with the handle of a hammer, they didn't try to kill him apparently." Horin thought for a moment. "I'll give him some healing tea and bandage his wounds, I don't think they are severe enough to warrant the use of magic." And walked over to his wagon, pulling out a bit of the root that was in the small keg. "I'll be back in a moment." And walked to get some water from the middle of the camp, grabbing his tea strainer and a mug as he walked passed the food area. He returned quickly, the water being heated by the sun, and the mug also, the water was warm enough to make the tea.
"Here is some." And walked over to Maxwell. "Hold is nose, then he will open his mouth, when the liquid goes in, he'll swallow."

<OK, I'm gonna let that one go for now, but in the future, remember that you have to actually heat water over a fire to boil it, not just expose it to sunlight. You're in a temperate climate here: It doesn't get hot enough to boil water all by itself. Not worth arguing over, since Micheal could have just used his Flame Finger spell to heat the water.>

Farnham propped Maxwell's head up onto his lap. He held Maxwell's nose shut and held the tea up Maxwell's mouth. When Maxwell's mouty opened, Fqarnham slowly and carefully poured some of the tea in. Maxwell swallowed the tea and his eyes fluttered open for a second.
"Maxwell... Maxwell.. it's me, Farnham. Wake up!"
But it was no use, Maxwell slipped back into unconciousness.
Farnham kept trying with the tea.
Captain Sealem said: "Alright, as soon as Eruntian gets back, we make for White Dragon Peak. Marcus, go give Eruntian a hand. Ok everbody, let's help Healer Hammerhand pack up his camp and get it ready to move out. Acedia, ask Micheal for some water to wash that blood off. He can make water on command, you know."

"That's convenient," Acedia said, for some reason surprised. Oh, well. She'd never really paid a lot of attention to the mage anyway, really.

{ I'mma assume Michael's with us at Horin's camp. }

Acedia walked over to Michael and very politely asked him if he could create some water for her, please.

<OOC> Sorry 'bout that, I was thinking just warm would be enough, that's how I make tea if I'm making enough for only me, I'll remember Micheal's magic next time. </OOC>

The tent was now empty, so all that was left was to pull up the stakes and fold the tent. He pondered Maxwells' condition for a moment. "Does anyone have some pure salt? The strong flavor might awaken him, if you don't, then we'll just have to wait until he wakes up." And then he asked. "Would a few of you pack the tent? I shall bandage Maxwell's head." And proceeded to do so. "If someone else could start to boil some water, that would be most helpful. My bandages are somewhat dirty."

"Okay, just one second" answered Michael.

Michael got a bucket nearby and casted Create Water. Suddenly water appeared out of nowhere in the bucket.

When Eruantian arrived at Horin's camp, he thought he would find his wagon somewhere near the tent. However, after returning Prosper's spear and searching the area, Eruantian noticed that his wagon was not anywhere near Horin's encampment, which further complicated the situation.

His wagon must have been left near the location of the battle against the Drow and the Dire Wolf, but that battle was a distant, foggy memory to Eruantian while he wore his ring. Eruantian wasn't even sure if his wagon was there in the first place, much less how to find the location of the battle. He had no choice but to consult Farnham about this as well as his other problems.

Prosper smiled. He enjoyed hearing Marcuses exited talk of the fighting. Oh to be in battle! Prosper remembered the fights he and his gang mates had had, trying to be like the older kids. Prosper didn't know it, but if his mother haden't gotton that crotchy old seaman to whip some sense into him, he'd probably be have died in a real gang fight. Prosper had been in his fair share of scraps, and gotton out by mostly luck, but he had never truely been in one of the real brawls like the older gangs had.
He turned around and was suddenly handed his spear by a very stoic Eruantian. Prosper thanked him and thought: I should talk to him, he doesn't look like himself.
He readajusted the dagger from Sealam in his belt, dug his spear into the ground, and looked for a way to make himself useful. Finding Sealam he asked; "Is there anything that needs to be done?"

{ Sorry for lack of posting, y'all. o-o Every time I go to post I'm hit with severe writer's block. }

Going back about, oh, ten minutes XD, before Horin could grab the bucket, Acedia had it. She deftly unbuttoned the jacket she wore in place of a proper bodice, wiped her hands off as well as she could on its already-bloodied surface, and proceeded to rinse out the jacket. Once that was done, she took the jacket over to Taryn and had her flash-dry it, and then put the beloved garment back on. In the process of doing this, it was revealed that her dress had no sleeves of its own, only straps to hold it in place. Probably for comfort reasons.

{ Also, in other news, I DROVE TODAY :DDDD }

Horin watched Acedia grab the bucket. Horin walked off, going towards the center of the camp, muttering something under his breath, too quietly for anyone to hear. He came to the large barrel of water, and found a bucket sitting next to it, he filled up the bucket and walked back to his wagon. "Can you heat this for me?" He asked Michael.
