Being that gay marraige is harmless in that it hurts no one and allows people who love eachother to not feel shunned, why should it be banned?

Gay marraige is like abortion for me. It's just one of those issues that I really couldn't care less about.

Yeah, but we still keep conversations within the same thread instead opf making new ones, to keep things concise. Just revive it if you wish.

And then have any newcomer feel overwelmed with the burden of a gillion posts from people whom might not even post here anymore?

No, I think i'd perfer a clean start, so unless its actually a forum rule that I revive, i'd like to do it this way.

I thought that the rule of "Asking questions that have already been asked or giving answers that have already been given" (quoted from the page of rules) encompassed making new threads of existing topics...I could be wrong, though.

Bumping and making repeat threads are both kind of annoying, but bumping is preferred.

It's not really a rule, but there's no point in have 10 threads that say the same thing, so now I point you to the thread you seek.
