Sometime last year I came across
this website that had done a four week series about what Christianity is and comparing it to what people think it is really about. To start off each part, they had put together a little video clip made from an old Jesus movie (not the Passion, nor the actual Jesus movie, this one is older than that). Basically, they just redubbed the movie with their own lines.
I think it comes off a pretty funny, considering that the videos are not making fun of Jesus, Christianity, or the like, but rather bringing to light what people think, and how that would look if that was really the case. However, there are some people who take these are impolite, or even (in the occasional case) blasphemous.
After the videos were posted online, word spread, and site traffic grew, eventually, forcing them to pull the videos off until they could work something out. Since then, they've been reposted, and now have been transferred to Google Video. So, here they are. Watch them, preferably in order, and TELL WHAT YOU THINK!
