Silly rappers, grammys are for people with talent! I guess he's too stupid to realize that The Bible is about people who communicate with God, not about conceited, polo-shirt-wearing rappers that think they inspire children to research history. What a confused person. |

Which video do you need? Here's the Carlos Mencia video. It contains non-kidlet friendly language and the "ends with an 'a' " version of the "n-word" |

THIS GUY IS INSANE!!!! I don't know anything about this guy other than this thread, but this speaks volumes about him. Choc-o-Lardiac Arrest wrote: well, maybee he can produce a new type of religion, and form it on what he wants, no matter if the stuff doesnt connect or make sense, just like L. Ron Hubbard.
According to a certain mad man by the name of George Bernard Shaw, that's what everyone is supposed to do. |

Kanye is a heretic in most christian denomunations for saying that, at least in my eyes. Where the f does he think he'd be put! According to the last verses in the bible, you can't add to the thing any more than it has been added to! stupid son of a (censored).(Due to the violent and profain nature of the remainder of the paragraph, it has been cut from the thread). I just watched the mancia video, this is the only time I will ever admit that I like him now. Kanye, you dolt! <EDIT>Dude, it's called the edit button. Please don't double post. If you miss something, just go back and edit it. |

This is from a Christian point of view, all right? Kanye West couldn't be in The Bible, for one thing, and for another, the guy who discourages education and had an, erm, "accident" if you know what I mean doesn't deserve to be a Hero of the Bible no more than I do. He was on a decent track spiritually for a while, but mainstream publicity just messes up your relationship with God for a lot of people. He's still an awesome guy, he just needs to get it straight. I'd really like to meet him in Heaven. |

Krazed Squirell wrote: It's just the way of celebrity to get a swelled head eventually. Even the Beatles had that "Bigger than Jesus" controversy at the height of their careers. It amazes me that people take what these music/movie/TV stars say so seriously sometimes.
I think there's even a little difference between the Beatles' statement and Kanye's. The Beatles said they were more famous than Jesus, which, as sad of a thing as it was, was probably true - most people who knew about Jesus had heard of the Beatles, but there were many - say in foreign countries - who had heard of the Beatles but never of Jesus. Kanye, on the other hand, is just a total idiot. "For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and the things which are written in this book." --Revelations 22:18-19 I think that said enough. And, like several people have already said... Who is this Kanye person, anyway? I've never even heard of him, and he thinks he needs to be in the Bible! |

I think he's either turned against Jesus or he's just majorly screwed up. Now he's on the cover of Rolling Stone in a crown of thorns and the headline's, like, "The Passion of Kanye West," dumb@$$. And the crown of thorns is CGI, too, he didn't even wear one and he has the gull to pose as Jesus. I still respect the guy, but he needs to get it straight. |

Carlos Mencia said it best, "He thinks he should be in the bible, cus he's 'De de de!'. " |

I didn't read it when I posted that, but now...holy crap! That moron thinks they should redo The Bible so that he can be in it? Yeah, the guy who encourages people to "eff" the cops really deserves a place in the Holy Book. So, is he changing the world? Yeah, and if he doesn't knock it off, he's gonna screw it up even worse. We don't need any more garbage in the way of a life with Jesus. KJ-52 has written songs about Jesus that are way better than "Jesus Walks" a thousand times over, and I don't see him looking to revise The Bible in his name. You know why? Because if you edit the meaning of The Bible, you go to hell. Simple as that. Dear Lord, please knock Kanye West off his horse, and make it painful. Amen. |

Actually, I think he was just saying that, if the bible were written today, he'd be in it. Still, he's kinda dumb for saying that, and I doubt he'll ever live it down. |

Oh...yeah. Sorry, Kanye, once again I've found myself acting like a Christian stereotype. If the Bible were written these days, he'd probably be in it, but not necessarily as one of the "heroes" of the Holy Book, y'know, since he doesn't totally follow God's Word. But yeah, the media's probably just trying to make him look bad. Out of all the Nick and Jessica crap we hear, probably half of it is true. As for the "Passion of Kanye West"? Probably just some guy making fun of Kanye and his beliefs. |
