oaky, so this guy is a college proffesor and he runs the theory that the holocaust didnt happen, that it was something that they made up to get people to feel sorry for them. oi, i dont even know what more to say.

I dont understand How people can deny that the holocaust happened, its just idiotic, just look at all the proof! its like saying the depression never happened.

Look, if you're going to debate the reality of the Holocaust, you might as well debate the reality of everything from The Revolutionary War to Tickle-Me Elmo.

Of course, those books do not equal proof that it happened.

I didn't see it, so I can't say for sure it did, but years of history class say it did, and I'm not going to argue.

I think this guy is a few bricks short of a wall.

Well, technically it could've been fabricated (it wasn't, as far as I know, but still)...but there's still more proof. Anyone who claims the Holocaust never happened is just a plain old anti-Semite, or an idiot. Or both.

I put holocaust deniers in the same category as those who claim 9/11 is an inside job. It's actually rather similar. Holocaust deniers claim Jews made it up to advance Jewish interests at the expense of everyone else. 9/11 Deniers claim the U.S. government murdered its own people to justify a religious war against Islamic countries.

The fact of the matter is ... there is overwhelming evidence of the holocaust happening. The corpses of people, the countless images, the records ... the accounts of soldiers on both sides, and civilians.

The American Historical Association calls any form of holocaust denial 'academic fraud.' I'm inclined to agree.

It's like stating World War II didn't happen.

There are films of the camps after all, not to mention, this would then ask the question of what happend to the lives of 10 million people from 1933 to 1945.

Well, considering the massive economic turn-around the US experienced during and after WWII, the depression is far easier to deny. However, having seen a couple concentration camps myself, along with having met a Holocaust survivor in a Burger King (on an American military base in Germany), it boggles the mind to think that anyone could think it never happened. It's like Michael Moore saying "there is no terrorist threat".
