Gee, that book reaally depressed me. Where's the sympathy, man?

Sympathy? There was none. That is brutal honesty brought through absurdity. Life is painful.

Isn't a trilogy three?

But yeah, I'm going to read all five eventually.

Yes, trilogy is three, but they called the five-part series a trilogy to be clever.

I've heard this was amazing. If it caused Faux News to sue him, then I guess it has to be. I've got to pick this up.

I would also recommend Red, White and Liberal by Alan Colmes.

Meh. I'm not so big on politics books.

Still reading Shadow King. It's fun, but it doesn't really pull you in for long periods of time, yanno what I mean?

'Tis amazing. I actually just finished his other book, "Rush Limbaugh is a Big, Fat Idiot." Kinda more relevant to mid-90's politics, but it's still pretty funny.

Currently reading: Man, I REALLY Need To Go To Borders Soon, by Jitka J. Noneofyourbusiness.

Last of the Mohicans is good. Anyone who can guess why I read this book gets a prize.

Well, I went to Borders and picked up The Zombie Survival Guide. I now know what to do in every situation involving zombies, including how to kill them and dispose of them, the things they are capable of (walking across the ocean floor) and how to survive if they overrun the entire world.

Gotta go buy a crossbow...

Considering all the controversy surrounding the next film, I might read that one myself. That, and I have never read any of Flemming's books before.

You really should read it. Infact pick up the box set. The books are much better than the movies

That's usually the case. Actually, I can find any number of Flemming's books at my local (and truly awesome) used book store.
In the meantime, I'm not reading much. I've been way to busy with stuff and it's been really nice out lately.

After quitting reading through all Narnia books when they happened in the canon(because I really disliked The Magician's Nephew. A lot.) I'm starting to read Gregor The Overlander by Suzanne Collins. It's about a young boy who accidentally finds himself in a city beneath new York that's unsanitary and some other stuff. Reminds of Futurama because of the underground city(in this case, New York).

I had to read Catcher in the Rye for my summer reading, and I finished it today. My verdict? It sucked. He said the same two things over and over again. "_____ is a phony" and "_____ kills me".

It goes on for 200 pages. In fact, the only thing I liked was the quote "What I thought I'd do was I'd pretend I was one of those deaf-mutes" which appears on the Laughing Man logo in Ghost in the Shell.

IT by Stephen King.

Wow. What an excellent masterpiece. This is great, even for Stephen King. seven children who must reunite to stop an ages old evil. What a concept! This is literature at its finest, people. Read it. Read it now!!
Although, it is immensely inappropriate as it contains in depth descriptions of sexuality, extremely excessive swearing, blood, gore, and is way too scary for the faint hearted. I am not responsible for any heart attacks suffered by reading this book.

I'm currently on approximately page 470. This may seem a long way in, but don't worry; the book is over 1100 pages long. Actually, I think it might be longer than War and Peace. I'ma check it up...

I just got done reading the V For Vendetta graphic novel. Freaking awesome. Really different from the movie, though.

I just finished reading the un-edited version of The Diary of Anne Frank.
... Again.

And I've read a book about Thailand(for a certain fic), The Art of Optical Illusions by Al Seckel, 9/11: The Book of Help- An Author's Response to the Tradgedy, and last but not least, Shock Point by April Henry.

I loved Shock Point.

That book is amazing.

GO HHFOV!

I'm reading The Gunslinger.

Because I'm finally going to start the Dark Tower series.
