I prefer the original myself. SVU is also good, in my opinion. Kinda sad that Briscoe left though.

I was sad when I heard that too.

When I saw the topic, I thought you were asking about favorite episode... :) I hadn't even considered that people liked anything other then the original Law and Order.

I personally can't stand SVU or CI. Ugh... too much sex and violence for my taste. It seems that they are trying to compete with every other sleazy tv show out there. :(

Yeah, I knew he died, but it seems like days ago that he was gone. Oh well, at least we still have Sam Waterson.

Seriously though, who needs Law and Order when you've got 24? 23 is much better than law and order, in my opinion.

No love for Trial by Jury? Heh...seriously, the original is the best. SVU is riveting at times. But I still miss Jerry Orbach.

I used to watch this show with my om on sunday nights. But then she started watching the Special Victums Unit thing, and it got waayy too bloody for me.

Yeah. Law and Order is great. I remember my dad showing me this thing with Jerry Orbach in 42nd Street....:eek: Kinda freaked me out....watching him...sing >_> The original will always have a place in my heart, but there's just something about some seemingly wacked out detective who looks like he has no idea what he's doing, that makes Criminal Intent my favorite....:P

And if we're mentioning Trial by Jury, which I unfortunately never got to see, what about Crime and Punishment? :P

I missed it, it is knid of hard to watch TV when there is no power.
