I'm curious about the H*R fan take on this show, and whether or not I'm the only one that has a totally irrational dislike of it. It's occasionally very hilarious (Shaq arguing that peanut butter is a dairy product while playing Scattergories is comic gold, to use one notable example), and I respect how well done it is considering it's unscripted. But more than most people, it always makes me very uneasy seeing characters onscreen getting caught in incredibly embarassing situations then having a ton of negative attention drawn to them, so having an entire show devoted to this concept is very bad for my own awkward psyche, especially knowing it's based on the guy's real life! It drives me insane!

Thoughts?

That's interesting. I never like it when people on TV shows get into awkwards situations either. I just don't like it. I'm just lucky The Simpsons rarely does that (although I did have some trouble watching "The Last Temptation of Homer" and "Lisa's Rival").

Curb Your Enthusiasm has been my favorite TV show since its debut. I admire the premise of the show: Larry David going around being a complete jerk and, ultimately, not caring about anything or anyone other than himself. After a while it becomes predictable, but it's still awesome.

I find it completely flawless and hillarious.

LD: "Let me restate that."

WS:"Yeah, restate that."
