I viewed the source and the page was made from FrontPage 2000.

Infection Group????

More investigation later.

It could be a prank. It looks like some major directories for their forum and CMS are still intact.

Google search "INFEKTION GROUP", apparently they've struck before.

PS, it's fixed now! So don't worry yourself.
