Wrong. You might want to review laws about copyright. If there is any truth that this is the real book, then someone is going to be paying some hefty fines and going to jail. Besides, you think the publishers don't already know about all these fake spoilers? And if so, do you think they're going to let the sites remain up and ruin their sales? Not bloody likely. More likely they're having a huge chuckle over all the contradictory stories being put out as "spoilers".

Besides, with sheer proliferation of fake spoilers, their purpose has already been defeated anyway. People are still going to buy the book and enjoy reading it, without taking any of the fake stuff seriously.

Its not about making people not buy the book so Rowling can't afford a golden Gulf Stream 5 personal private jet. Its about something much more than that.

The one person that can get everyone who has high hopes about this book to be all sad and pissy about it will have truly generated the most ammount of Lulz ever. This will be the biggest event to happen in this century, and the one who ruins it for everybody is the one who is the Lulzmeister. therefore karry's is probably the true one as it mentioned the pictures of each page.

also, since one of the chapters is supposedly called Malfoy Mansion, i hope we get to see Azkaban in this book. The only time it's been seen was for about 30 seconds in the fifth movie, and it looked awesome.
