Sorceress - Return to Forever

At first I was all like : D

Then I found out Chick Corea (the band's founder) was a die-hard Scientologist, and I was all like D :

Still a good jazz-fusion song, though.

Sunday Morning - Maroon 5

A little derivative of Stevie Wonder, but it's well done, certainly.

Slipknot - The Heretic Anthem.
Why did I not like this album as much as the other two when I first got it?

Call Mr. Lee - Television

I'm not sure what you'd call Television. I guess they're a punk band, but they definately have art rock and blues influences too. I like 'em.

No Quarter - Led Zeppelin

I've been compiling a collection of instrument-heavy songs to do homework to. Songs heavy with lyrics can be difficult to concentrate to whilst doing homework, you know.

This song by the Zepp still has quite a bit of lyrics but I love the cosmic atmosphere it creates, it's great for DOING WORK.

Paradise City - Guns N' Roses

This song has been slowly climbing to the top of my favorites list for awhile now.

Love & Luxury - KoRn

Personal Foul - Jonathan Davis. 15 yards for low blowing former guitarist Brian "Head" Welch. Seriously, the barbs he throws could cut diamonds.

I'll buy it at a high price.

Change - Blind Melon

Despite being best-known for No Rain, Blind Melon has other excellent songs.

I am addicted to this whole album right now. STFU Myrrh, it's good.

I don't think it's bad. But it's not theSTARTylicious enough for me.

Still, Surrender is a terrific song.

Blinded by the Light - Manfred Mann's Earth Band

Interpret the lyrics how you want for this song.

Blonded by the Light! My friend Will and I had this song stuck in our heads for the longest time, we'd always bust out into spontaneous song when we felt it necessary.

Expiration Date - Blockhead

More homework jams. Blockhead is one of my favorite electronic artists now, he's a true master of the downbeat instrumental.

Whenever I listen to the song "The Final Cut," I always begin to well up and cry.

Why?

Choke - Jack Off Jill

This is even more disturbing than most JOJ songs. And that's saying something.

Ventura Highway - America.

I was looking through my music library and saw a group of stuff I hadn't listened to in a while, and this one just came up. Sometimes I forget how good this song is. The guitar is quite catchy.

Tour With Us Get Hot Fire - Bomb the Music Industry!

They put a weird, techno, joke (I think it's a joke) demo up on their MySpace. It's pretty okay for sounding kind of horrible.

Pinkerton is a Funk beautiful album, and is just about my favorite album from the nineties.

I'm currently listening to several guitar covers of Megaman 2's Dr. Wily stage. I think that this may be my favorite Megaman song that I've heard before.
