Hey, it's not that bad... according to certain people on IMDB, an animated movie about a dancing penguin is liberal brainwashing propaganda that will encourage the impressionable children of America (the greatest conservative country in the world, of course) to rail against the Catholic Church and join the liberal movement supporting the terrorists.

Oh man I smell insults, but I'll ask anyways.

What comment are we talking about here?

Hello, I am deeply offended by your liberal tounges and as I write a protest essay about the OBVIOUS underlying liberal themes in "Cinderella II" I will keep you godless heathens in mind.

People who wear jackets, but without their arms through the sleeves. It just seems so pretentious. I mean, I'm sure it's not comfortable, it looks stupid, and you can only move your arms from your elbows up.

I hate it when people don't understand what I'm saying for any reason. For instance, when I speak quietly, too quietly for them to understand, so that I have to practically yell at them in order for them to understand. Another form of misunderstood speech I detest is when I speak in certain words and they have no idea what I said. What a chore it is to have to spell it out for them.

Oh, yeah, I also detest having to share the space at a school campus and when people are always walking around me. When people at school walk along close behind me, it makes me feel like I'm being followed. What would be a good solution to the problem of them seemingly following me?

I have discovered a new pet peeve: low word limits on written papers. It's cool if there's a minimum number of words that we have to write, but a super-low maximum can be pretty annoying.

For instance, I am working in a group of three on a National History Day project. We decided to divide the 500 word limit between us, and both of my group members wrote approximately 320 words altogether. Including the titles and captions we'll need for photos, that leaves me with around 120 words to write. Three sentences into my written paper part of the written paper, and I'm at 71 words. :(

Peeve: people who use "alternative" as a catch-all term for any music they don't like/understand.

Me: "Hey, have you heard of Kraftwerk?" (a synthpop band, for those you who don't know)

Them: "O SRY PHIL, I DON'T LIEK ALTERNATIVE"

Ergh.

Since we're on the topic of pet peeves, I might as well point out that it's spelled "alternative".

I Funk hated happy feet, it sucked, and it was made by treehuggers to get us to stop eating fish.

Also, 90% of everything in that link is right.

I haven't actually seen it, though from the looks of it, it seems pretty terrible. I'm not sure how I got to that link in the first place.

Also, one of those people reviews individual Munsters episodes. what what

I'm sure that it's been discussed by others before, but another pet peeve of mine is when there are a bunch of users online at a forum, but nobody decides to post. It's like you're just staring at your monitor forever in hopes of seeing a new post being made.

Well I had stopped watching the Pokemon anime for ages. Once the Diamond and Pearl episodes began, I thought I'd download it. It's a much better show than when I left it.

Though something that's been driving me nuts is how they pronounce the Pokemon names in incredibly stupid ways that don't make any sense. Hardly any of the names they say in the show match how I say it while playing the games. It is driving me nuts, and it just might be enough to make me stop watching the show again.

Windows Vista makes the simplistic nature of Ctrl-Alt-Delete in Windows XP a thing of the past. Seriously, Vista makes getting to the Task Manager and closing programs a whole new issue.

Let's do a run-through: The GIMP does one of its daily crashes that stalls up my laptop, yay! After waiting several minutes to see if my laptop can load through the obviously "intense" workload that even my old computer can handle, I decide to hit Ctrl-Alt-Delete. Instead of simply loading up the Task Manager like XP does, it cuts to a new screen (requiring extra time to load up...). I then have to select to open up the Task Manager from the list of mainly-useless commands.

It then seems simple until you try to close the program. It first asks you if you wish to close the program, and then after a minute or so, it asks you again if you want to close the program and see if there's any solutions to help you with your problem. After this, the program finally decides to exit.

It's almost as annoying as when Vista asks you permission for performing 95% of the actions on your computer. Thankfully, I disabled that feature long ago.

I hate when... people judge things harshly before they even know a thing about them.
And that somehow reminds me of elementary... :-( Which must be why I hate it...

But anyhoo... I'm quite happy with my classmates now. :)

That's tough, man.

Also, I hate people who can name me 20 songs, but not tell me the name of the artist because they only know the song from Guitar Hero, along with people who think they're such great guitarists because they can break 200,000 on every Guitar Hero song. So you own at Guitar Hero? Nobody cares. Put down my $900 Telecaster.

It's just a video game. The vast, vast, vast majority of people who play guitar hero know this.

It's not like I actually think I'm a 1000 pount 8-foot tall man when I play halo.

Interestingly enough, I have always had this peeve for people who dont like guitar hero because they want to be loved more than guitar hero players.

When you find Entei or Raikou in Pokemon Crystal.
I always had a fear of sudden things that you don't expect, so just when I want to train a Scyther while noticing this (I wanted to stay away from grass.) I bloody find Raikou, sending 1000 bloody shivers down my spine as it happened.

It's even worse in Pokemon Gold and Silver since the music doesn't change to the legendary dog one. That freaks me even more.

Another peeve I had is always having to do multiple things at once. I mean, it's like one minute, I have to do one thing for someone and then the next minute, as I'm doing that thing, I have to do another thing and then another and another. I mean, who do they think I am, an octopus?

I hate it when I have the door closed, someone comes into the room and then doesn't close the door again when they leave. It used to be just a peeve but now it really pisses me off. Arghlsj.
