My friends and I were walking home tonight from a thing, at about eight thirty, and everyone was running around screaming, because they were scared of being raped or something. Yeah. Because running around screaming attracting attention is totally going to stop you from being raped, if there's a creep lurking around in the shadows. Which there totally wasn't. Because we were walking around friendly looking houses and all the people were at a street festival a couple of blocks away. And someone started crying because she thought we were in real danger, and last year at the same time there had been a riot at the school we were walking AWAY from, and then everyone was patting her on the back, and everyone was being so so so so stupid! I hate immature friends! I hate immature friends! I need chocolate... |

putitinyourshoe wrote: in fact, manufacturing work is my pet peeve. it's terrible. Hehe, work in general sucks. At least when you're young. You have to figure that it's not the job you really want when you're older. I don't want to be selling fish when I'm 40, I want to be a cop. I think that's a big reason why young adults hate work.

My pet peeve is small children who state the obvious. By the way, I'm 11, and the sky is blue.

that's why i stopped working service industry/retail stuff. people freak me out, man. manufacturing isn't much better, though. i'll probably go back to retail, at least it makes for good stories. in fact, manufacturing work is my pet peeve. it's terrible. Oh mannnnnn this is exactly why I don't go to the gym with my dad, he insists on walking around the locker room naked. He's like "Come to the gym, you're a scrawny worthless weakling and need a workout." And I'm all "No amount of muscle is worth seeing your balls in that locker room." and he laughs and leaves me alone. Oh mannnnnn another thing: I hate being sick and missing school. It's boring and I have to catch up with all the work I missed. |

I'm staying home, although for Christmas it's at my grandma's house... That's the thing I dislike most about visiting relatives... |

MY aunt and Uncle bicker constantly and their son is a spoiled brat.

My peeve is when people always use a word and they don't know what it means and they always use it wrong. My stupid neighbor always uses the word "cognitive". |

I got a long one. My peeve is my slightly-younger-than-me cousin who's family...lets just put it this way, are totally freakin' rich. Okay, back to my cousin. He's my peeve because he tries impress me and my brah-brah (two guys BIG on music and stuff) by acting all music culture savvy and saying "Oh, I think The Matches are gonna sell out" all the time. Rich preppy kid + DIY ethic inspired punk music = no good. |
