I never really do totpd's. I'm too lame.

Annoyance? Not having enough food. And stuff. So I'm tired.

Heh, I quit those a while ago, too. I DO remember when I got the TOTPD on the 100th page of the last post thread. Good times, good times.

I haven't done one for a long time now, to my knowledge. Sometimes they're fun.

I don't like grammar nazis, but my blood boils everytime I see someone who appears unable to correctly use your/you're, there/they're/their.

Your complete inability to use the correct form of the words says that you're either an idiot or trying to tick me off. There are those who insist they're just typing quickly and can't be bothered to check, but the error could be easily corrected if they simply took their time.

YOUR- Possessive form of you.. Your car is blue. [s]Your an idiot.[/s]
YOU'RE- Contraction of "you are".. You're hillarious. [s]Those are you're shoes.[/s]

THERE- Referring to a place or state of being.. There are 3 cars in the parking lot. [s]Those people don't know what there doing.[/s] [s]The students listened to there teacher.[/s]
THEIR- Possessive form of they.. The fans cheered for their team. [s]You should be over their.[/s] [s]Their a crazy group of people.[/s]
THEY'RE- Contraction of "they are".. They're the best team in the league. [s]I wouldn't go over they're if I were you.[/s] [s]The students took pride in they're school.[/s]

[/rant]

Your ranting is justified, but people will always have some misspelt words, and it's not they're fault. There life style may also leave them with little time to check they're spellings.

(that whole paragraph was a joke. Don't take it seriously.)

also people who say 'brang'. i can't stand it! there is no such word as brang!

My peeve is buying defective products. I bought a used multitap for my PS2, and it doesn't work. They're supposed to test the thing before they resell it. Freaking eh. At least it's got a 100% sastifaction guarantee on it.

Yeah. I have this litte theory that spell check is just making people lazier to grammar. In Academic Decathalon, we had to make a speech about spell track. Everyone but me said it was a good thing.

Anyhoo. Toastpaint.

I love it when people use correct grammar. It makes things SO much easier to read, and the correct use of such makes a person seem more intelligent.

Regardless, our rules dictate that you should do your best.

It doesn't take a lot of time to improve your spelling. I usually search words I might misspell.

As for grammar, you're on your own. My above your/you're, there/they're/their rant may help you to affect a change, the effects of which will be far reaching.

The preceding has been a service of StrongRad's Initiative to Improve Your Standardized Test Scores and Post Quality.

Welcome to my world. I think I have the award for starting arguments here. I'll say one stupid thing, and everyone takes turns biting my head off. I probably have the most heads on the forum too.

I hate that. Parents don't understand the fact that you don't get sleep on weeknights.

If my Dad wakes up now, I'll get beaten to death. He just hates the concept of me on the internet, more then staying up late.

Stay up late on a Saturday night? I do that every night. Though I usually regret it in the morning...

Well, I know it was on Tuesday, but, ever since then, my pet peeve has been Bruce Bochy's bad choices.
Okay, why are you so obsessed with correct lefty-righty matchups? Would you honestly RATHER have MARK FREAKIN' BELLHORN playing instead of stud rookie Josh Barfield? Play with the people who got you there, Boch. Barfield had a HUGE rookie campaign. You gotta let him play.
Let's flash back to Game 1 of the NLDS. I was there.
Bases loaded...1 out. Seanez, the pitcher spot was next, so of course, Boch called for a pinch hitter. He called on MARK FREAKIN' BELLHORN. Anyone else on that lineup woulda been fine. Bellhorn doesn't even BELONG on this lineup. Khalil Greene was coming in defensively the next inning anyway, why didn't you just pinch hit with him? Woody Williams woulda been a better choice that Bellhorn...at least Woody can hit. What does Bellhorn do? Anyone got a guess? He struck out. And then Todd Walker comes up, at least he's a decent hitter. Ground out to Ronnie Belliard, who made an amazing play on that ball.

Wow, I can get pretty heated about this stuff.
:p

Guh, Jim Leyland does that too sometimes. But my biggest peeve about pinch hitters is why they (at least Leyland) always wait untill the final out to pinch hit someone. I won't get too much into it, but there are many times when he should've put someone in a few batters earlier with fewer than two out.

TOP OF THE PAGE :eekdance:!!!

Well iKi and Ed, there has to be some sort of method to their madness. I mean, we don't know what's going throuhg their minds, so maybe they saw something that we didn't.

How ANYONE could see anything potentially good in MARK FREAKIN' BELLHORN flabbergasts me.

I'm such a weird person. A couple of days ago, I was walking home, listening to my iPod, and some kids from middle school just came up to me and started hitting me with a bike tire. (WTF?)
Anyways, I just didn't even care at all. I was in a good place. I had my music, along with Adrienne, it's one thing I couldn't live without.
So those kids kept harassing me, and eventually one of them notices I have an iPod playing and pulls the headphones out.
THAT PISSES ME OFF.
Nothing else does, but once you go there, you are, in the words of MHG, cruisin' for a bruisin'.

I <3 Tyra.

I hate people who go around give "bean dips." If you know what they are, they suck. If you don't, figure it out.
