Well, "lackey" is basically another word for "little brother," so, I it seems logical... ;)

My peeve is the parking at my school. I was driving aroud for 20 minutes trying to find a spot. I think I got the last spot on campus. And naturally, it had to be on the opposite side of where my class was......yarr...

Other Peeves:

1 - Trolls. I've gotten my userpage and talk page vandalized four times in the past week.
2 - School. This be my last day of summer.
3 - The Crash Bandicoot level "Native Fortress". The starting jump is impossible!

It took me 15 seconds to fund a parking spot and it was in the correct lot. They added a few spots but there has been such a huge influx of students that it made the parking lot expansion seem futile.

Tee hee.. I remember those days. When I went to Western Kentucky University, parking passes were $75/year, and they oversold parking permits by about 30%. That means that about 30% of people with passes never got a parking spot. That sucked BAD. It was further aggravated by the people who had passes for the gated lots in the center of campus. The permits were "downwards compatible", meaning that the people who paid for the extra premium passes could park wherever they wanted. Most of the time, the gated lots would be almost empty because the people with gated passes would park in the normal student spots (because some of those spots were closer to the buildings that those faculty members would use). You have no clue how much I hated driving past 40 empty spots because they were on the other side of the gate.

UAH was a lot better (for me, anyway). Passes are $10, and as far as I can tell, parking is not a problem at all. I say "as far as I can tell" because my classes were off of the main campus and my building always had tons of parking.

Caffeine. It rules my life and whips my back with metaphorical barbed wire whenever I dare stray from its addictiveness. My schedule is screwed up because of caffeine. And yet, caffeine is so beautiful. I just drank it. :p

My peeve is work. We literally had the worse day today. Nothing went right. It took forever to make the salads, and when that was finished, I noticed that the cabbage Salad had spilled all oer the cooler. Now that's not fun to clean up.

Sounds like...bad...ness. Sorry to hear it, man. :-( Work is also my peeve to some extent - it just depends on what kind of work it is.

If you can manage to cut out pop then you'll be doing pretty good.

My peeve is that I just learned that in order to graduate, I need to take a 200 class. I can only take this class after I've taken all my other classes for my major. So unless they offer it in the 5 week winter semester, I'll have to take it in the spring. Just for one freaking class.

You see, I have more muscle than fat, but, I don't have a lot of muscle.

Erm, apparently a good few of you don't really grasp what a pet peeve is...

As far as the internet is concernced, leet speak and lingo. "0MG H1 2 U" and other variations are extremely annoying.

As far as real life is concerned, contemporary "music". I mean the kind that the likes of "G-Unit", Gwen Stefani, and other "hip-hop artists" come out with all the time, where they just write some completely off-the-wall lyrics, slap some catchy beat to it, and call it a number one hit (I. Hate. Hollaback Girl.). Basically, any lazy and unimaginative sound that trendy teenyboppers blare from their car radios because they think they like it.

Hey, don't feel too bad, I had to take a 100 level physics class (the lowest one of the 100's, too) to finish with my Geography degree.. This wouldn't have mattered too much to me except that I was way above that class (I was one or two classes short of a physics minor). Even worse, I got the teacher that took attendance.
Easy A? Sure, but man, I hated that class. Any class that I can finish a "weekend long" homework assignment in 30 minutes, and take the exams in 5 is a waste of my time. The worst part is, the way the requirements for the Geography degree were, I had to take THAT class, even though, technically, I could have taught it (I taught a lesson for that professor the previous semester).

Gwen Stefani isn't real hip-hop, though I see your point. I can't stand Eminem. He isn't even a rapper. Just a pop culture icon. :p

Gwen Stefani isn't real hip-hop.
I know. She just pretends to be.

I have a question. Is it written somewhere that if you are running late to something, a mini-van has to cut you off and go ten under the limit? Because that seems to happen to me all the time.

My stupid English teacher.

He seems to think that everything has some kind of subliminal message. For example, today, in class, we watched Thomas the Tank Engine (great show).

"Well, we saw Thomas, with his face in the middle of the screen, but did we ever see Annie or Clarabelle's? No, they were behind Thomas the whole time. Maybe this is about womens body's only being seen in the media."

Yeah. Because Annie and Clarabelle have such hot figures...

THEY'RE CARRIDGES!

Aw man! I missed Thomas the Tank engine! Why do I miss the cool things when I'm sick? Without fail! Augh!
I'm bringing in Rupert Bear. He has to let us watch it. That show is like, the best. It teaches kids good things!
