So do you stutter?

I hate it when my pet kittens catch cockroaches, They just leave the carcases on the rug, and I end up stepping on them.
New rule for them: YOU CATCH IT, YOU EAT IT! No exceptions.

I did that last week. I ran into the corner of my bed post though. Still hurts like the Devil now.

OH I KNOW!!! When the teacher makes us answer questions on a worksheet in complete sentences. But why? (and for those of you who are grammer freaks, those last two sentences looked fine, right? WRONG!!! Look again and you will find no predicate... noun... verb... subject... uhh... adjetives?!?!?)

I feel your pain. That's happened to me before. I lend my CD player to this kid one time, and when I got it back, it didn't work. He spilled Gatorade all over it.

After high school, I left for a couple years to go on a mission, and used duct tape to seal up a box containing all of the stuff I didn't want my brothers to get into. All of my CDs were in that box. My mom made sure that nobody got into it, but one of my brothers was sneaky and took all of my CDs out and brought them to school with him. He kept them in his locker, where they were all stolen.

I still haven't had the heart to throw away all of the CD cases, I keep thinking I'll find someone who has the CD and I'll copy it. (The CDs that were stolen were in some kind of 24 CD holder, so the cases stayed at home.) I don't know why I bother holding onto them though, my musical taste has changed quite a bit since then, and I don't know if I'd actually be interested in getting a few of them again.

I've moved the "Gays In Scouts" stuff to it's own R&P thread.
Seemed like the logical thing to do.

It certainly did.
Your last post brings up some important thoughts. Why would one open a can of worms? I mean, are they selling sealed cans of worms somewhere? Seems to me like the can was opened and whatever was inside was removed, THEN the worms were put there. [/teh carlin]

I'm really getting sick and tired of hearing that "Because of you" -tune of Kelly Clarkson on the radio!
Take, like, ten slow "love" songs from the 80's, pick the most general cliches heard in them, mix them up and voilá! You've got that irritating Clarkson song, which name I can't remember now.

Pet peeve: When something bad happens to someones friend or famibly. I always feel like I need to say something to make them feel better but I can never find the words. I'm not heartless, I'm just not very good at telling you that I think.

You could just say, "I'm sorry. I wish I could say something to make it better, but I can't." Honest, and shows you're not heartless.

Oh gosh, I said the stupidest thing once. A friend died, it wasn't bad what I said to her mom, but it was just unneccesary and I feel so bad. I wish I could take it back and have said that.
