Okay, from the looks of that, and I being an almost expert of all things Animal Crossing, she entered that HERSELF. That's the kind of thing it says when it tries to block what you TELL THEM to say. The spokesman was right, it was user-inputted text...by the ACTUAL user.

That looks like a "That's bad and I'm definitely not going to start saying that all the time" message. I doubt they'd program the game to tell the character mean things other people tried to make them say. They're not that stupid.

Oh, Animal crossing actually has censorship for phrases with swearing?

Y'know what's the best? Whenever anyone asks for a Phrase to say I tell them "In my pants"

Some pretty bad things would happen in middle schools if you "allow boys to use girls restrooms and locker rooms, and vice versa, if they choose.".
