Usually people only use ET and PT, like for TV show times. So that would be 6:00 pm. Powuh to the midwest playas!

Raamis was closer. COLA was banned for a number of things, a big part of which was the continuous breaking of rule 6. The posts you linked to were actually made after the admins had pretty much decided to ban him, they just sealed the deal.
