Wow, my friends dad is so awesome. He works in advertising and such, and (supposedly) is best buds With that movie announcer guy

As proof for this, Erik called his cell phone and made me listen to his answering machine message. Yeah, it was that guy.

I STILL NEED TO GET SOME COMPLAININ' OUT GUYS.

X-MEN 3 WAS A TOTAL LETDOWN, I'M NOT EVEN CALLING IT AN X-MEN MOVIE, IT IS NOW CALLED WOLVERINE AND KELSEY GRAMMAR KICK BUTT TWO HOUR UNFUNTIME. THE WHOLE PHONICS PLOT WAS MESSILY PUT TOGETHER AND DIDN'T DO MUCH FOR ME BECAUSE SHE DIDN'T SHOW SOME SKIN. PLUS COLOSSUS AND ANGEL WERE UNDERUSED AND COULD HAVE BEEN STARS. BRET RATNER SHOULD HAVE STUCK WITH RUSH HOUR 67!!11

You also unlock the Kongo Jungle arena if you beat it. It's still not worth it. That part of the game is evil.

Language would be much less ambiguous if it were structured more like programming, or math.

For example, if I talk about a purple people eater, syntactically there's no way to tell if I mean a people eater that is purple, or something that eats purple people. However, we can structure it like this:

purple(people eater) - where purple modifies "people eater"

And thus, the ambiguity is lost. Obviously this is a simplistic example, but I'm sure that an entire system of linguistic syntax could be developed using mathematical notation like this.

We just had a power outage. Mum told me that because my distraction (the computer) had gone, I could go and do my homework. As soon as she said this, the power came back on. Haha. She just can't win.

Also, one of my fish tank's resident snails has died. I'm still not 100% sure which snail it was, seeing as they're kinda hard to tell apart, but I have a feeling it was John Henry. This saddens me. I thought that his awesome name would have protected him from death.

Ugh.

My physics teacher fails.

She's all, "HOMEWERKZ, HEAR IZ UR ASSINEMENTZ!!111" and we're all "lolk" and she's later all "LOL J/K THAT WUZ AN EXAMPL!!111" and we're all "WHAT THE CRAP MS. PHYSICSTEACHER WHY THE HECK DIDN'T YOU GIVE US THE REAL ASSIGNMENT" and she refuses to answer. Gah.

She also gave us assigned seats. That's fine and all, of course. The problem is, she didn't TELL us where we were supposed to sit; she made us interpret this UNBELIEVABLY confusing chart. And NOBODY--like, literally--understood it, and she keeps saying it's straightforward and we're all "WHAT NO IT'S NOT!" and she's all "YEZ IT IZ!!111" and we're all "no actually it isn't."

Argh.

Anyways, remember when Inverse's custom title was Messiah Complex? Well it looks like Marvel comics is doing an X-Men story named that. And, according to speculation, Cyclops will be Jesus or something. Guess they really should've used him more in the movies, eh?
