That one was a tricky deal. Way back when, when Pixar wasn't owned by Disney but merely working for, Disney wanted them to make a TS3. However, Pixar said they didn't want to, they had ended off the story quite nicely and didn't want to drag it out. Disney then said fine, we'll just make our own. Pixar didn't like that at all, and after seeing the (bad) progress that Disney was making they agreed to do it, mostly to keep the first one from becoming a reality.

Admittedly, the initial plot the Disney had sounded cool (the Buzz action figured end up being defective, massive recall, toys and crew travel to Taiwan or somewhere to rescue a deranged Buzz) when compared to Pixar's new plot (Andy's grow up and gone off to college, his toys are donated to an orphanage, adventures there), but it doesn't take much to realize that Disney could royally screw that one up (The Country Bears/The Wild/Underdog) and it's in much better hands with Pixar. Plus Lasseter's the CCO now, so life is much much much better anyway. :eekdance:

When I was a kid, I used to be scared that if I put 3-D glasses on, a 3-D movie would pop out at me.

I remember once I went to one of those 3D movies in Disney Land

At one point in the movie, a character used scisorrs to cut something open. Suddenly I felt a cut on my left leg. I checked it and there was a small newly opened cut under my pant leg

I am never going into another 3D movie again

Was that Bug's Life one? Because I went to see that one and they cut something and I felt something on my leg, but no cut. Maybe you could have sued them! lol

Now, it's story time.


At my school, we had this 10 day feild trip on a camper bus. We were going to Canada, and about 80% of the feild trip was going to gas stations, usually on a full tank of gas, to get a freaking candy bar. Basicly, we went to canada for about 2 days and spent the other 8 days going back. The main problem was that I live in Georgia, so it was a very long ride. I was at the point of cutting everyone's head off wth a tooth brush.



Also, I used to get the [CENSORED] scared out of me when I watch 3D movies. I still do.

So, while we were in London at a hotel, we started smelling marijuana. And then when we got up at 4 AM to catch a taxi to catch a bus to catch an airplane, there was this guy lying in the hall. It was creepy.

Lasseter loves 3D. AICN says that he had his wedding pictures in 3D.

The other stuff Pixar is working on looks cool too. Especially Newt, that's a good concept.

Timeline of future Disney/Pixar movies (language probably). Notice "Cars 2" and all the little logos that you can't read that aren't Pixar that all have the same design with different colors.

edit: they're all crappy Tinkerbell movies.

I've been in Mexico working on a fence on my grandpa's ranch. I was sweaty, exhausted (I went to bed at 4 AM, awoke at 7:15 AM), and extremely thirsty. It was really windy, and it's practically a desert down here, so my face is covered with dirt blown around by the wind. My head hurts, and I haven't eaten since 7:45 AM. We headed to the ranch at 8 AM, got home just now (4PM) Guess what I do the minute I get home?

Correct. Internet. I think I may have something wrong with me. I'm gonna go collapse now...

The good news is I got to use a crowbar! Seeing as I just finished Half Life 2 and both of it's episodes yesterday, I thought that was pretty neat.
