Triple Edit: Extremejon, my friend has this Nintendo 64 emulator thing on his hard drive. He played Legend of Zelda Orcarina of Time on my laptop, and used cheats to skip about 60% of the game. He also has GBA and PS1 emulators on it.

I still need to play Earthbound/Mother 2. =/

I bought EZ Drummer today, and I'm gonna buy the Drumkit From Hell expansion in a few days or so.

I went to see Laser Floyd today. That's a show in which the sync lasers and such to Pink Floyd.

It sucked.

Which album did they play? Or did they just play their greatest hits?

And did you order the Bob Marley special, extra crispy before you went?

Dark Side of the Moon (in its entirety), all of the most popular songs on The Wall, Shine On You Crazy Diamond, Wish You Were Here, a couple of tracks from A Momentary Lapse of Reason, and One of These Days. And no to the special. It just wasn't done too well, with the exception of One of These Days, which was a lot better than the rest of the show. Things that sucked:

-Starting with Dark Side was a good choice because it was pretty decent and did have its moments, and I was expecting that it would get better as the show went on, but I was wrong.
-It annoyed me that they took three tracks from David Gilmour's album but nothing by Syd Barret.
-During the songs from the Wall they played the movie clips in addition to everything else, which made me think, "Let me watch the movie and get rid of all of this other crap."
-The timing of the lasers had very little to almost no relation to the timing of the music during some parts.

1. You didn't get the Bob Marley Special, extra crispy, which was your first mistake.

2. You had too high of expectations for a laser rock show. You could have gotten a better experience if you had just gotten the extra crispy, downloaded a few of their albums, started with teh first one, turned the lights off, and watched the visual randomizer in iTunes. Trust me, I do it all the time.

3. DON'T PAY MONEY FOR SOMETHING YOU COULD GET FOR FREE!!! (With the exception of the BMSXC)

This was supposed to be my birthday present from Dad and he went with me. This makes all three of those points null and void except for maybe the fact that I'm expecting too much, which I generally do for most things.

...and unlike their April Fool's joke last year (when they played it), you'll actually be able to see it.

Anyone else remember that? They played the entire movie down in the lower corner of the screen (it was about the size of a postage stamp). 'twas funny.
