My mother and I decided to have a little competition. We were both going to make burgers, and see which of us makes a better burger.

HERS:
Ground beef with seasoned salt, pan-fried, with American cheese on white bread with Miracle Whip.

MINE:
Ground beef with onions mixed in, salt and pepper, jalapeños, pan-fried on toasted white bread with A-1 sauce and Colby Jack cheese and lettuce, with a little bit of mustard.

The judge, my grandpa, couldn't decide which was better.

As for signs, I am quite partial to the "</scientology>" sign.

What is the definition of success for these protests?

Turnouts with a whole bunch of people.

It was successful because their expecatations were low.

Anything can be successful if one's expectations are low enough.

Weaksauce. The person playing MM had to go to bed and they're skipping right to Wind Waker.

They should've organized this better.

I'm probably the only person in the world who enjoyed Majora's Mask more than Ocarina of Time.

Gah, the silos in HL2:EP2 were shot down by the striders. The game is blaming ME, when it's magnusson's fault for deciding NOT to build silos that can withstand more then one shot from a strider. and not providing me with missles to take care of the blasted hunters.

MM had so much more to offer. More collectibles, a cool time system, the incredibly fun mask system (Zora with fish bone guitar FTW!!!), and a wider variety of enemies.

I've gotta tip my hat to Majora here.

Majora wasn't bad, but OoT was just so much better than anything that came before or after.

What I don't like is that no matter how good a new Zelda game is, everyone will continue to call OoT the best ever.

Don't get me wrong, it was an amazing game... for its time. Everyone lauds it because it was a) the first 3D Legend of Zelda game and b) better than all the Zelda games that came before it.

But now the die-hard fans refuse to recognize the greatness of Twilight Princess or the Wind Waker because they've got their heads stuck in their N64s. Someone needs to pick them up and blow the dust out of their butts so they can continue to function and stop freezing up at the same part of the game.

Don't typecast me or even think you know what I'm thinking.

I thought Twilight Princess and Wind Waker were good. But I honestly didn't think they were as good as OoT. I thought OoT had a much better story. The dungeons were deeper, and the characters were more intuitive and interesting (see. It set the stage for how all future Zelda games would be. The Young/Adult Link system was brilliant.

Wind Waker's Problems: Too much sailing is boring. Story made me go "k, wut" a few times, especially when explaining what happened to old Hyrule. GETTING THE TRIFORCE PIECES. Bosses were too easy. Adult Link > Young Link. Positives: Ganondorf's death was awesome in every way possible. I am one of the few fans of the Cel-Shading. I don't think it should be the standard but it was a cool touch. The characters were almost on-par with the significance of OoT's, but you didn't see them enough to get attached in any love-hate relationship. Except with the boat.

Twilight Princess' Problems: Story was also "k, wut" at times. Bosses and dungeons were also too easy (I died about once on my initial playthrough). They had a great character in Zant and frickin ruined him. TP's Ganondorf/Ganon was the worst of the three. Positives: Gameplay was awesome. Characters were probably equal to awesomeness in OoT (Midna, that baby thing, Ilia, etc).

Twilight Princess is up there as one of the best. Not as good as OoT. Probably equal with Link to the Past (my second favorite).

I was more ranting about OoT fanboys in general than you specifically.

They actually said that he fell asleep and no one around him noticed for a few minutes.
Link was walking into a wall during that time.

Pretty slick.

Speaking of racing games, how is Burnout Paradise?

Alright, someone is going to have to take one for the team and do something dumb and embarrassing. I've already done my share fair, so it's someone elses turn.
