1. The person with Photoshop could have easily set up a picture of his hand in that position and taken it.

2. Public-domain pictures involving cooking aren't that hard to find.

3. That's not how the world works.

1. I understand this, and never asked any question concerning it.

2. I don't personally know, but I never asked any question concerning this either.

4. Does one day some person go "Hey, why don't I photoshop my hand so that it looks like I cut it up into pieces?"
