Trippy Nuts. My first school project was a complete and utter failure. I feel so down about it... I'm lucky if get a C. I believe I just gave my teacher a crooked presentation board with dog hair glued to it.  In other news, I'm deeply insulted by this, but -of course- will not defend myself due to lazyness. |

I just went to a Coinstar machine, since I had enough coins to weight lift to Ahnold status in a few minutes if I tried. The machine had to take time to catch its breath twice in the time that I was there. After a while, the thing finally belched out the amount in legal tender that I now had. $44.17. I had quite a bit of pocket change, but the number that stood out the most was 1048 pennies in the whole lot. With a $50 bil I earned yesterday and a $20 gift card from Best Buy I got for Christmas, that gives me enough money for Guitar Hero III. So, is it worth it? And does it contain any content that will cause my Christian family to be upset at me? |

Lyrics aside, the big things that I know would catch the eyes of my own parents would be the one stage with the pole dancer made out of neon lights, and the (lack of) attire on some of the lady guitarists. Heh, my mom doesn't know those are in there, quite nearly got us that game for Christmas. I'd have laughed if she did. And another note: I get a seizure every time I visit this page. WAY TO GO GUYZ.

Nevermind. My mother found a Christian review online. I ain't getting that game. Quote: some of the female guitarists have tight and revealing clothing, probably more so than with the previous games. There are also ‘devil’s horns’ hand gestures in abundance, but that is fairly mild compared to pentagrams in my opinion. Some of the songs talk about the number of the beast and the anti-christ. God's name is taken in vain in "Welcome To The Jungle". As a whole, it still has problems, but I think they are less than Guitar Hero 2, for example. If it were up to me, though, I would get it. That stuff seems pretty low-key compared to a game like Doom 3, for instance. |
