If you can't admit that that movie was horrible, then you really have a bad taste. I mean, it was good in the "So bad it's good" way, but that's it. Oh, wait, I did enjoy Kenan and Sammy J. That's all though.

I don't know anyone in Hollywood who would try to make a joke film like this.

It seemed like it was TRYING to be bad, so it's definitely a possibility.
