Just to let you know, the emulator is not fully compatible with Service Pack 2 |

And the notes for the Compy startup screen are: F, A, A#. Oh. You knew that. Never mind. Hopefully someday it will be possible to get the rhythm right. |

Ooh! I can help you with the Tandy emulator. I'm pretty expreienced with Quickbasic. Also, the Tandy 400 font can be found at: The Coolest Stuff Ever! It's called "Westminster". Also the "MATT!" command shouldn't be too hard. Just make a duplicate of the "DELETED!" command and replace all the "DELETED!" text with "MATT!", and modify whatever else you need to do to make it work (not much I'm assuming). You know, simple simpleness. --------------- You should consider opensourcing the project as well. That way all us folks can help contribute to your coolness. Also, great emulator! EDIT: The Tandy 400 font. |

EDIT: The Tandy 400 font. I plan on making the code open source and get a SourceForge page once I get all the basic stuff programmed in, also, right now the code is very sloppy so , I'm not going to open source it until I clean up the code.
Hopefully the whole project will be open source by the beginning of 2005. About the MATT!! thing too, I plan on being having that as a universal command once all the emails are programmed in. |

Snowthrower, before someone metnioned that you were the new "Pocky". What he meant was you were the new sensation at the forum. Y'see, a few months ago a member named t0_t3h_m00n joined the forum (her DeviantART name was "WillDrawForPocky"). Her amazing anime-like H*R fanrt captivated us all, and a few people still bear her mark on their avatars and signatures, despite that she's past her prime and hardly posts anymore. I am one such (check out my avy!) And, indeed, you ARE the new Pocky! This emulator is the best, and I can't wait until the next beta and, of course, the real thing. Keep up the great work! (Oh yes, and don't worry about all these member's demands... Pocky got pummeled with demands too. Its a natural part of making something awesome open to the public) Pocky's (both old and new) biggest fan, Swoosh |

I think that all the problems and crap that we induvidually have we should just private message them to snowtrower. We dont' need to clog this board with them. (and yes, I know, I did the exact thing, but i'm just saying) |

Sorry if I missed the post, but is there any chance whatsoever that this can be ported on to the Mac? |

I dont think command prompt programs can be exported to Mac. Maybe when I open source it, maybe someone in the development team will be able to port it to Mac, but I do not know how to. Try searching for a Command Prompt emulator for Mac. BTW: The project will go open source sometime this week! |

I'm not really sure what you mean by command prompt programs--do you mean a program like "telnet" is? Almost every operating system has a command line (Terminal, namely) built (usually) on a Unix system (like Mac is). |

Well, if it's in Unix, why is it in an executable format? (or, is that just the way that the program you uses exports?) |

Heh, I found why it didn't work on my lappy. The resolution is WAY too low for that screen. Any way you can make a non-fullscreen version? Thanks. |

Type in "cmd_switch_size" in "a>" when you start the program up. |

I have one.. err.. number for you. $300 I'd like to just wait for a free version of this than shove out a crapload of money for an emulator of a system I hate. I used to have '95 on V.PC, but it has since broke down (the OS... yeah, sad), and I've given up on it. |

The next beta will be Beta 0.10 and will not be released until the code is cleaned up. Then the project will be open source. Also, so we dont fill this board up with comments. I just made a message board devoted to the project. Look in my signature for the link under the banner. |
