Dane's kinda hit-or-miss with me. Some of his stuff is roffle, but some other stuff is like "Oh, that's weird...". & I do think he's overrated.

Dane Cook is not funny.

My friend had one of his routines on his iPod and we were listening to it, I never laughed. Not once.

He's decent. I've laughed at some of his stuff. But that only seems to happen if it's the first time I've seen it.

I do think he's overrated, though.

But not as overrated as Carlos Mencia.

I disagree wit the first, agree with the second, Carlos Mencia is about as funny as a piece of plywood.

However, Dane Cook is sometimes funny. But still, its a bit over rated.

Ok, as I see it, Dane Cook is ok some of the time. I did enjoy his BK thing that he does. As for Mencia, all he ever does is complain about things, and make fun of different races and mentally retarded people.

Mencia only relies on other people's stupid mistakes and the fact that some Mexican people are jumping the border. He really wants to be Dave Chappelle. I heard he's getting a movie, which I would only go to to get thrown out of.

anyways, I've heard one of Dane Cook's acts, and it was the spaghetti-fingers superpower one. It was okay.

The only people I know that think it's funny is the little squirrely kid that looks Asian but apperantly is an Italian-Polish American that cries when he gets hit once that's only friends are scumbags (and those "friends" aren't even in our grade). He says he's gonna be captain of the Chicago Bears and he's gonna drop out to be in a private hockey school but he sucks at hockey. Badly.

He's the kind of kid that whenever somebody mentions the movie Borat, he goes "OMG DID U C THE CARLOS MENCIA BORAT HAHA LOL! ^_^" and then thinks I'm his best friend and then talks about me behind my back to peope that like me better.

The actual things Cook says are not funny in the least. The words... no. But his stage presence is... magical. He could make the Bible sound hilarious.

I think he is kinda funny, but not worth all the praise he gets. He's not better than the average standup comedian, in my opinion.

And Carlos Mencia rips off of other comedians' stuff, which is breaking the primary tenet among stand-up comics.
