Personally, I'm disgusted with UK.

When they redid the Rupp Arena floor a couple years back, they tried to sell pieces of the old floor. They're redoing Memorial Colosseum, and they're just throwing the old floor out, sending it to a landfill. Why is this such a travesty? This floor they're throwing out was the floor that Rupp coached on. It's actually got history. The floor they tried to sell was the floor that Pitino and Smith coached on. In the coaching hierarchy, Rupp >>> Pitino x Tubby.

I know a guy who went dumpster diving for a piece of the floor...maybe I shouldn't broadcast it.

Two people I work with were going, but the dumpsters were covered and locked up when they got there.

Tangent: What do you think about this new rule that forbids coaches to text message recruits? Rumor has it that Gillespie had the fastest text message thumbs in the country... Typical NCAA, always be tryin to hold the Wildcats down.

Finally: I just found out that new 1-AA Western KY is going to open their season against Florida. WTF?!? I know David Elson wants to play with the big boys, but DANG, he didn't just walk up the side of the volcano, he jumped in with a 50 gallon drum of gasoline strapped to his back. They'd better be paying us a heck of a show up fee.
