While they can be annoying, poor spellers, the grammar inept, rude people, and the like can provide hours of forum entertainment. Just reading Clan's posts can give you a funny feeling in your bladder. So who's your favorite?

Chick-Fil-A fires people for being Muslim or gay. They're too fundamentalist in their religion. So I'm boycotting them.

Did you give them back? I mean, it's not really nice to keep something that someone gave you if you didn't ask for it.

I totally didn't know that...

Doesn't really seem legal.

Oh yeah, I heard that on the news a couple years ago, some guy at a local Chik-Fil-A refused to pray so they fired him or something. I'll see if I can find an article.

FOUND IT LOL

Wow... I've been labeled as one of those "LETS FORCE CHRISTIANITY AND CONSERVATISM ON EVERYONE!!!" people*, and even I find that a bit extreme.
*-LOL, ROSALIE

I found a link to an article on Wikipedia. Unfortunately, I was not able to find any follow-up articles or any other references. And it appears to be only one case involving a single employee. While I would concur that if the company fired him for strictly religious reasons, that would be wrong, I would also point out that the lack of information regarding this case makes it near impossible to determine the actual verdict.

Also, no article I've read on the topic even mentions sexual orientation.

Don Perry, vice president for public relations at Chick-fil-A Inc. in Atlanta, said the company intends to defend itself vigorously. The sexual orientation one I heard from a friend, regarding a friend of his own.

They also publish tracts on their kids' meals...I THINK they were Jack Chick tracts, but I can't be certain. If they are, that'd be further reason to boycott them, IMO...Jack Chick just acts like anyone in the world who doesn't follow his strict interpretation of Christianity has as much moral fiber as a serial rapist/murderer.

I've seen them do things with Veggie Tales and Book of Virtues, but somehow Jack Chick doesn't seem their style.
