I thought it was an OK film. Of course, no movie can do a marvel comic justice, but I didn't read the original comics so it didn't really matter for me. One of my main problems with the movie was that the young Jonney looked like the evil earth guy, so I got them mixed up. The special effects were good, but they looked strangely smooth to me, especially on close-up shots.

What do you guys think about it?

I thought the movie was great. However, I felt like shooting the people a few seats behind me in the theater since they kept on saying, "This movie is retarded," and, "The script is so corny," every other second throughout the entire movie. Meh, the movie was good anyway.

in that situation, you are legally obliged to throw popcorn over your shoulder.

It was just plain awesome. That's all I can say. Amazingly cool and creepy, without being horrific. Hurrah for world-class special effects.

Spider-Man and X-Men.

Anyways, I might see this tonight.

From what I saw from the previews, it seemed pretty corny. I'll probably rent it in 6 months.

All I could say when I saw the trailer is "Oh God, why Nicholas Cage?"
As I said on Jun 17, 2006 in the What movies have YOU seen lately?

Although most of this comes from me hating Nicholas Cage with a firey passion.

I wanna see this movie. I have no idea when I'll get the opportunity to do so, but I still wanna see it. I guess I haven't seen enough Nicolas Cage movies to hate him yet. o_o

Though he was alright in National Treasure, I have to say.

The movie script looks corny, but untill I see it I wont give a final verdict.

Sounds like something we'll see on The Best Page In The Universe soon.

Cage does not fit the role, IMO. It seems like he's on drugs too much. I think he has too many blank facial expressions, not enough feeling.

IMO, again, the movie wasn't that good.

Nicholas Cage. The guy from "Gone in 60 seconds" and "National Treasure"? Why him?

Anyways, when I saw the trailer for this movie, I thought I would see it cause it looked pretty cool. But then I realized that Ghost Rider was a comic book character.

Wow. Is it me, or is all the movies these days a Remake, a Book, a super Hero (that originated as a comic book hero) movie, or a sequel? I think that producers (or whoever comes up with the movie ideas) are running out of ideas. Seriously,

But the movie still looks kinda interesting. I might see it.

That isn't a bad thing....at all...

and you're really wrong on that one. Look at new releases and see.

From the trailer, it looks kind of stupid. (Legal note: The reader shall interpret this post with full understanding of the author's frequent understatement.)

Parts of it ARE corny("I am Legion, for we are many!") but I think it's overall awesome in the long run.

I reccomend it. And if you don't think the movie is good, there's awesome trailers in it.

It looks OK, but I really don't buy Nicolas Cage for the role. I mean, come on.

I like Nicolas Cage, don't get me wrong, but he doesn't seem like a demonic motorcycle person. Maybe it's just me.

I thought he played the part quite well. The drinking and risk-taking Johnny Blaze, anyways.

And I'll say it again - the trailers for the movie are awesome. Spidey 3, Fantastic Four 2, 1408(creepy), and something else - awesome.
