I thought those were lemon-lime, and therefore in a whole 'nother category.

Indeed. French lemonade is PURE lemon. No lime whatsoever. Picture making lemonade, but replacing the water with seltzer water.

((And yes, I apologize. Lemonade is only soda in the French communities. My mistake.))

That's news to me.

Perhaps in Quebec, or other French-speaking communities. But in most of the country, lemonade is the sweetened lemon juice that everyone knows and loves. I have never had lemon soda, nor have I ever heard the word lemonade as referring to anything carbonated at all.

I can back that up as well.

Cold ones are definitely alcoholic. I've heard "cold one" used as a euphemism (gah, I hope that's the right word, guess I'll find out, cause someone will be certain to correct me if I'm wrong! ;) ) for beer before I even knew about H*R.

More proof that alcohol exists if FCUSA:
In the 'bag' egg in boring (really), Pom Pom is holding a big stein filled with a brownish-beer looking liquid.

A Cold One poured into a glass.

Hmmm. You might have ment synonim (sp?), or nickname. But I've heard of "cold ones" before H*R too, so I think they're alcohol.

Yeah, euphemism is the correct word.

Euphemism: The act or an example of substituting a mild, indirect, or vague term for one considered harsh, blunt, or offensive.

Oh man, it never ends. Of course its alcoholic!

This is another one of those things that's just plainly evident in TBC's style. They drink, drink makes them silly-willy, silly-willy makes cartoons, cartoons make me laugh, I go drink beer, smoke blunt, watch Virus a few times then go to bed. Repeat.

seriously, you kiddies on these forums need to learn a hard lesson fast. The world isn't the innocent perfect place you would like it to be.

TBC have often been heard crediting Ren & Stimpy as a major influence in their style, which is hard to see in terms of animation, but the toons are very similar, I think at least. But the point is, Ren & Stimpy was demented and off the wall. Why? Well have you ever seen an interview with John K? The guy has lost his mind, and I'm not exagurating, his stable mindset is seriously MIA. That guy has probably done more coke lines in the past 10 years of his life than some people will even see in their entire lives. He's nuts, yet he's a big influence on TBC. Hmmm.......

Oh my gosh, Theory, will you shut up about drugs??!! I think it's you who needs to learn a cold, hard truth: people have the power within themselves to do great things! Do you think they had drugs back in the caveman days (if someone finds out otherwise, correct me)? Well, I don't think so. But somehow, they managed to create tools and fire and entire civilizations. But I can see why you defend drugs: you're on them! If you're addicted, you feel a psychological need for them and if someone states that they're bad for you, I can understand why you'd get mad and start defending them. But the truth is, they ARE BAD for you. They slowly eat away at your brain cells. Do you really think that something that does THAT to your brain is gonna make you come up with ideas? I don't think so.

Scroll buttones, like that, heart attack.

Even though we all pretty much know that a cold one is alcoholic, we can't exactly say for sure. We don't know if it has the effect that regular alcohol has.

Alcoholic. Everyone's already said why.

And yes, some sodas are sold in brown bottles. Like certain root beers, and China Cola (It's cola with Chinese herbs in it...really yummy!). And where I live, lemonade is not fizzy unless you mix it with Sprite or something. (It's really good that way.) I have had lemon spritzers before, under the name "Izze" (they also make other kinds of spritzers), and those are delicious.

Um... no, it's not. What pubs do you go to!?

EDIT: also, Cold Ones are alcoholic and lemonade is carbonated, traditional lemonade is still and 7-up is a lemon-lime soda drink. The way it is.
