Another one for those who live in the southeast: The Brothers Chaps will be appearing at the Paste Rock 'n Reel Festival in Decatura, GA on either October 22 or 23. If anybody from the area can make it, it looks like a great festival and tickets are cheap $15 for one day, $25 for both. As always, your photos, video, and audio, and notes are greatly desired for the wiki. Edit: Obligatory Wiki Link. |

Darn. I won't be able to make it.
Y'all promise to take some photos for the wiki. Maybe you could do like some sort of "[name of person going]'s Carnival-Type Journal Progrum". But I disgress. Neat. Know what they'll be doing there? (Other than signing stuff?) |

All I know is from the official site and this article, which ain't much. The latter describes it as a "forum," so I'm guessing it will be similar to their other public appearances, meaning videos, sneak previews, Q&A, and other fun stuff. |

If I had any interest in rock and roll, and I could convince my parents, I'd definitely go. But both of those are a nay. Sorry. |

Dang, I wish TBC would come to the MCI Center or somewhere near that in Washington, DC on a Saturday. I think I'm asking for a bit too much, though, sadly.
Anyway, I hope whoever's going will show us a few cool pictures, or...my favorite, videos that take hours to load on my computer!

You forget that it's the Rock 'n Reel Festival. There's movies, too. And everyone likes movies. |

Oh man, I really wish I could go to one of these. I wish TBC would come up north, and I don't just mean NYC. |

Yeah, I'm waiting for the day they figure it might be a laugh to go over to England. Never gonna happen |

Agh. Yet another cool H*R related event that I won't be able to go to. They should come to the northeast, near Massachusetts, where I live. If someone points out the NYC Event, you're getting a swift kick in the Cheat. |

If they're going to be there on the 23rd, I'm this close to convincing my parents to take me. I'll be sure to take lots of pictures and not just of Matt, although I will be very tempted. It is a long way to go for a hour or so of TBC awesomeness. I would drive for days, but sadly, the adults in my life are less enthusiastic about Homestar. |

Awesome. Anybody who goes better take pictures and stuff! I wish they'd come up more north-ish. Like to the big ol' IX Convocation Center in northern Ohio. I would so be there. |

If anybody does end up going, be sure to check out the list of questions for The Brothers Chaps, and see if you can't work a few in if you get the chance. I would love to hear some background on If I Ran The Camera. |

They need to go to Furman or Clemson. There's no way I'd miss it. No, Jitka. Not Bob Jones. |

You know I still can't believe that for something less than six years old, we can't find anyone who's seen "If I Ran The Camera" or who can fill in on various bits and pieces from the early years. I suppose I'll just have to go back to working on that Johnnytron |

I stumbled across it the other day in "secret pages". I don't even know how long it's been in the wiki, it wasn't there the last time I looked at that page |

I created it on August 9, according to the history. |

Looks like we beat TBC to the announcment by a solid two and a half weeks. I think we're getting better at this... Now the big question is, can we sneak another camera into it, like the NYU talk? That coupled with an answered question or two, would just make my month. Maybe Tom can make the trip again, this one's only a bit further, riiiiiight?

I actually got to go! It was really cool and stuff... but I posted a trip report on the forum I mainly surf StrongFans.com! http://strongfans.com/portal/forum/foru ... =3057&PN=1 (If you didn't know, I'm more of a member on the Fanstuff than on here, I just wanted to gloat that I saw them! Thanks for your excellent write up of the event, Pixelated. For those that aren't members of StrongFans forum (you will see an insufficient permission error if you click on Pixelated's link), you can see the write up by visiting the main news page of the forum. Might I add you might see an awexome film program autographed by none other than Matt and Mike C.?
I summarized Pixelated's account of the event on the wiki's article. If he (or any other attendee) has anything to add (or correct) or would like to change the chronological order of the specific events for accuracy, the wiki is your oyster. |

Good jorb! And, I'm jealous... Quote: {I raised my hand}
Strong Bad: Yes you, glasses-man! {Crowd laughs} Me: How do you type with boxing gloves on? Strong Bad: AAAAAAH!! I'm going to frickin-... um... don't ever ask me that question again... {Crowd laughs} I don't know why this is so extremely hilarous, but it just is. |
