Here's where you can talk all about that band that occaisionally appears on H*R: They Might Be Giants. What I was wondering was: in Experimental film, the song is mostly sung by someone with a deep voice. Is this flans, or is it linnell? |

Linnell sings "Experimental Film." You may be interested in This Might Be A Wiki. Every song has a page with info, lyrics, interpretations, etc.; and you can even rate each one. I absolutely love They Might Be Giants. They're one of my very favourite bands, up there with Radiohead and Tokyo Jihen. I've liked them ever since I was a little girl and saw the music video for "Istanbul (Not Constantinople)" on Tiny Toon Adventures. Their sounds are great, their lyrics are perfect, and Flansy and Linnell are the definition of adorable. I can't wait until Dial-a-Song is working again! But though I can see the H*R connection, I think this thread might be more suited for Off-subject Discussion. |

Heh, that's how I got into 'em as well. There was a vid for "Particle Man" as well, and to this day those are my favorite songs. With "I Should Be Allowed to Think" as a runner up. |

TMBG rock. They're my favorite band. Found 'em through H*R.com. The Experimental Film. "Birdhouse in Your Soul"'s gotta be my favorite song. I like Why Does the Sun Shine? too. And alot of other ones. |
