Why are almost everyone's avatars showing up as red X's?!?

I don't know, but a lot of peoples avatar's aren't even showing up for me. When the page starts to load I see the image sign, but then they just disapear. I wonder why this is happenning. I can see some, but not others. I can see yours, but I can't see mine.

I think I know what's going on. I can see my banner, which means images hosted elsewhere still work. The fact that people with rotating avatars avatars still exist confirms this. Why images from forum.hrwiki.org aren't working, I don't know.

That's what we were talking about. All you had to do was re-upload your avatar into your profile.

The avatars are sorta broken at the moment. We should have a backup, but we first need to fix the problem... we are looking at this. Everything is fine :)

Now hold on. For a while, I got a message that said "Please ensure both the install/ and contrib/ directories are deleted". Anyone know what this is?

Tom is upgrading phpBB to the latest version (which will hopefully keep the avatar bug from happening again), and sometimes that message will show up during installation. Everything is fine, nothing is broken.
